The rooms at the Sheraton are clean but a bit dated. The front desk and concierge was friendly and helpful. The food I ordered for dinner from room service was very delicious and a nice portion. The Sheraton is a tall building and the rooms provide nice views of the city. The hotel location is downtown near the water. A taxi is required if you plan to travel around the city. I would stay here again

Very good, very convenient to walk and take a taxi, especially the restaurant is very good. There are also many places to eat outside the hotel at the entrance. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the supermarket, 15 minutes to luxury stores, and 20 minutes to attractions.

the hotel was located in a great area for exploring most of the main sights. the hotel staff were also very friendly. the breakfast included in the stay was quite nice as well but nothing changed from day to day. the take away breakfast in the morning, if you leave early, before the breakfast room opens at 7am, leaves much to be desired as only coffee, croissants and fruit available.

The staff was very friendly and helped us with directions to get to the main touristic places in Buenos Aires. The hotel is really old and you can see it in the hallways and rooms. Also, the second floor was always very hot, they should improve it with air conditioner. I loved that the breakfast had so many fruit options but regardless, they should add more croissants to the menu.

The staff at Bisonte Libertad were excellent and helped us with everything - taxis, currency, booking a tango show etc. The location is unbeatable; very close to Teatro Colon, Obelisco, tourist walking streets, and only a 20 minute drive from the ferry dock. The breakfast is mediocre. The rooms have seen better days and feel a bit grubby because they’re so old. The Wi-Fi is terrible.

I had a tour with Alicia who made it very nice and enjoyable. It explains everything phenomenally, COVID protocols are maintained. The rooms are very beautiful with mirrors and lamps. We were lucky that the visit included poetry and a glass of champagne. I liked the tenor Sebastian Roussos. A visit is highly recommended.

Very nice hotel, though I didn't understand what area I was staying in, since I checked in late at night until the morning and checked out early. Nice design in the lobby, at the bar, in the room. Extremely nice staff, they tried very hard to help me as a tourist. Good coffee at the bar. Good bed, comfortable to sleep in, clean and quiet. Internet works well. I recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at the Selina Palermo Hotel. The cleaning was impeccable, the receptionists were very kind and the location was perfect! The only point of improvement would be the bed, which is really bad, noisy and uncomfortable at night. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Our room was basic but clean with table and chair. No hairdryer, tissues or glasses. Four choices for included breakfast which was ok. Best thing about hotel was Pablo on the front desk who welcomed us enthusiastically, was really helpful. Shops and restaurants 4 blocks west.
