Friendly staff, good location,room needs renovation

The price was excellent. The room clean and comfortable. The front desk staff along with the door men were very helpful. Elana and Balinden were so helpful. A busy day with traffic but the worked hard to secure our cab.

The bad: The room was a bit worn out, caulking around the bath needs to be redone and the drain cleaned.

The Good: very well located, staff was awesome, fast internet, plenty of hot water with constant temperature, good mattress, quiet, good breakfast. We had to book it very last minute because of a mishap. Good quality to price ratio.

Do not book here is you want to piece of mind. I booked here using a well known travel service. The day before my check-in day, they canceled my reservation, claiming an invalid card (the same one I've used without any problems including my flights to Buenos Aires). When contacted, they said they had no room availability for those dates. Maybe they overbooked, maybe they wanted more money from last minute guests, I'm not sure. Either way, if you don't want to rebook elsewhere the night before at double the rate, I would avoid booking here.

We will never stay in this property.
We came to the hotel around 10 am
I understand that the checking time was 2 pm.
I had to be out to buy some medicine and return the car. I could not come back till 5 pm.
My was sitting there all that time.
They did not allow her to enter the room, till they are paid upfront. My wife requested that she is tired of long jorney, and told that i will pay when i am back.
They did not allow her to entet room.
I am traveling for the last 18 years. I have traveled in more than 85 countries.
This was the worst experience.

Good employee service.
The location is very good.
Breakfast ok can not be compared with hotels in Asia, some hotels in South America only have some buns, no hot food.
The toilet is fine and clean, but there are some problems with the design.
The heating in the room was a bit noisy, however after I turned it on for a while I would turn it off and it was quiet.
Open the window a little and then close it to be less stuffy.
Prefer hotel rooms with floors rather than carpets.

Places can be improved
- Toilet shower to replace it
- Replace the glass used in the toilet retainer with another material, or use a shower curtain. I'm afraid the glass will break if I accidentally hit the glass in the shower.
- I can't see the TV I don't know what's going on, but I don't have time to watch it so it doesn't matter

Located in the center of the city, the transportation is very convenient. There are subways, BRT, buses, and there are many restaurants nearby. Tourist attractions can be reached on foot and the price is moderate.
