I had an amazing vacation with my family. This hotel is beautiful and really luxurious. Our stay was just perfect. The location is great, and everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
The staff was awesome — always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist. The concierges were super kind too, always listening carefully and treating us well.
The pool and spa area is beautiful, and the view of Buenos Aires from there is amazing. I especially want to thank Nicolás, who was always smiling. He helped me with everything — from suggesting places to walk to warning me to be careful with motorcycles, since I had a valuable watch with me. Thanks to his advice, I kept it safe in my room. Later, I found out that a watch had been stolen near the Obelisk along with other tourists nearby, so small things like that really make a difference.
The waiters were great too. The hotel was very clean, my kids loved the room, and everything exceeded what we expected. They especially loved the shower, which is really unique.
It was a wonderful stay, and I really hope we can come back someday.

Was ok. Room had a musty smell on arrival, which you eventually got used to. Indoor pool with retractable roof was nice. Small gym. Attention to detail could be improved. Nice coffee maker in the room that they charge you to use their capsules. Cleaners woke us up at 8:30AM asking to clean. Staff at the front desk were professional however and offered some good local recommendations (Jose in particular). Not the same calibre as other Alvear properties. I hope they strive to improve on this!

Outstanding hotel. The room was beautiful, modern, and luxurious, with every amenity you could want. Everything felt new and perfectly maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. One of my best hotel experiences in Buenos Aires. Highly recommended.

This hotel goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. The team are extremely helpful especially Nikoletta who ensured we enjoyed our breakfast each day and assisted us in securing restaurant reservations as we only speak English. The rooms are very comfortable with ample wardrobe space and seperate bath and shower. A night room service as well as morning. My husband fell ill and the team went above and beyond to extend our stay and to organise a Dr to do a hotel room consultation. We would highly recommend this hotel for all these reasons and the location was very central 👌

This is a very nice hotel. They take security seriously. You have to have your room card to get the elevator to go up to your floor. And you can't go to any other floor besides the one where your room is. The elevator itself is so smooth operating you're not even sure sometimes that it's moving. The staff was helpful, everyone that we talked to spoke English, which was important to me because my Spanish is not up to par.
The shower was wonderful. You could have the water handheld or from the rain shower head in the ceiling. You can set the temperature it was amazing. They also have a Jacuzzi style bathtub. Had to give it a try, it was also wonderful.

Good location, high cost performance, poor view, it would be better if it was on a higher floor. The service attitude was good, especially the bellboy was very nice!
In addition, the exchange rate for US dollars at the front desk was good👍, it is recommended to exchange at the hotel

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. The hotel staff was very professional, responded quickly to any questions we had, and had no problem communicating in English. Asked the hotel to send a car to pick us up from the airport late at night, the whole process was smooth communication, pleasant and reassuring. Considering that the Boca area might be a bit unsafe but at the same time it was a scenic spot we wanted to visit, we found a car through the hotel and again the process was very smooth, reassuring and enjoyable! Special thanks to all the front desk staff, especially the two men, you are excellent and deserve praise 👍

The hotel room was very clean and the dinner was pretty tasty. The location was good and very convenient to the places we wanted to visit. We will recommend it to our friends.
