A wonderful place! Everything was perfect. We stayed in a standard room, where dressing gowns were not provided, but the hotel kindly gave them to us upon request. The restaurant had live music, and the food was excellent—even offering sushi and other delicious options. Thank you so much for the amazing atmosphere and excellent service!

The hotel room was very spacious and clean, they even upgraded it for free. In the rooms there were fruit, little sweets and beverages as a welcome gift. For breakfast there was a huge buffet with both salty and sweet options. Honorable mention to the spa and the staff, who were very friendly.

It was really a great experience staying in this hotel ! We were there for skiing Aragats and the position is perfect ! But the best surprise it has been the kitchen and the chef! I am allergic to gluten so that I can not eat wheat flour and the chef made special dishes for me such as potato pizza and baked potatoes filled with vegetables. Thank you chef Gary !!! The hotel has a beautiful and clean yard with a small playground for kids. Rooms are clean, however they don’t have any cribs and rooms are not suitable for a family of 4 with minor kids. Very clean and spacious hotel. There is a wall around and many security cameras. Shower is nice. Water pressure is medium. Hot water is perfect. Breakfast is quite good with a variety of jams, cheese, sausages, breads and drinks. Great is: There is a Russian Billard table, table tennis and chess tables available. Excellent WiFi is available except in the rooms.

Good location, clean hotel. However they don't speak English or German, despite having the clocks for different cities in the hotel foyer such as Paris, New York and London.

A new guesthouse. Everything is clean and new. The rooms have standard amenities and are quite spacious. The bathroom is clean. It's close to the main road. Breakfast is not included in the price, but I recommend ordering it on site because it's very good, varied, and plentiful. It's prepared and served by the hostess. Hot eggs, vegetables, fruit, various types of bread, pancakes, jams, and cheeses...

Nice guesthouse The room was clean and nice. The bathroom was located in the corridor but was spacious and clean also. The host shared some advice regarding the hike and was friendly. Good place for a one night stay.

Clean rooms with great views of Mount Ararat and Yerevan. The host family is very nice and accommodating. The bathroom is shared with other guests. The ceiling height of the bathroom is very low. People taller than 190cm must crouch.

Nice place to spend a weekend if you plan to hike to Aragats. Quite close to the observatory.

Nice place, wonderful service!

I was looking for homemade wine, showed this place, bought a red semi sweet, and was impressed!

We spent one night and one day into Yeganyans wine yard. We had such a nice moment, our hosts were so nice and friendly, the diner and the wine were very good ! It’s only 20 mn by car from Yerevan so it’s nice to spend some time there to have a quiet moment in the countryside. I also recommend to go by walk to the 2 monasteries near to : Hovhannavank and Saghmosavank. I recommend 100% this place.

Perfect accommodation to climb Aragats. The staff helped us to get a taxi to go to Kari lake. The breakfast was delicious and most ingredients were handmade. The mountain views and peace in the garden are excellent. Highly recommended!

This guesthouse is a pure gem in Byurakan. With the most amazing view people can have breakfast and feel literally at home. The host is very helpful, All our needs and demands were provided and the next day when I was late to check -out even though the next guests were on their way already, hosts stayed nice and calm and didn’t even hurry me up, just gently reminded they already have new guests coming...
