Loved the peaceful environment. We had a twin room that met our expectations. Sevak and his family were attentive to our need and for a fee we had a hearty balanced breakfast and Sevak drove us to popular sites in Armenia. The Pandok restaurant up the hill was our highlight, their fresh meaty dishes satisfied a need we didn't know we had.

A new guesthouse. Everything is clean and new. The rooms have standard amenities and are quite spacious. The bathroom is clean. It's close to the main road. Breakfast is not included in the price, but I recommend ordering it on site because it's very good, varied, and plentiful. It's prepared and served by the hostess. Hot eggs, vegetables, fruit, various types of bread, pancakes, jams, and cheeses are available. Coffee, tea, and specially prepared Armenian coffee are also available.

Now, this is a place if you are heading to the lake or the mountains/peaks. Dozen of kilometers from the start of all hiking. Choose this place not just for sleeping. This is a spot where you can experience local food, prepared by the owner, from her own garden... if you stay there, don't look for restaurants around: book your dinner there! You will thank me later. The only downside is that the owner has no daughter... else I would stay there forever! Now

Nice guesthouse
The room was clean and nice. The bathroom was located in the corridor but was spacious and clean also. The host shared some advice regarding the hike and was friendly. Good place for a one night stay.

Nice place to spend a weekend if you plan to hike to Aragats. Quite close to the observatory.

I made a reservation through booking.com. The person does not know how to use the platform at all, the hotel profile was written permission to stay with pets. Naturally, since this is Armenia, there are some nuances and it is worth clarifying in advance. The answer did not come quickly, and with a proposal to settle in the yard. I hope you learn how to use the Booking platform itself correctly, and people will not go to public toilets waiting in line while you are undergoing renovations.
