Access is a bit complicated as the house is located on the outskirts of town and the road is poorly lit, but once inside, you'll be treated with exceptional care. Good hotel, calm atmosphere, no disturbances, nice ladies staff. Only disadvantage is little away from town, but bus/taxi stations are nearby only. Wifi network is with full strength.

Lost power twice during stay. Property needs a generator. Reservation made for one adult and two 14 year olds but front desk said it shows only one person and wanted to charge extra for an extra bed.

They have interesting and relatively inexpensive tours. While vacationing in Armenia, we booked two tours. The first: Echmiadzin - Zvartnots - Yerevan. We loved it; we saw some beautiful historical sites. The second tour we booked was to the Areni Winery - Khor Virap, and we also had a great experience. It was fantastic!

So far I've only communicated by phone. Everything's ok.

I have been in this spa/sauna many times. The service is very friendly, the area is clean, food is tasty, prices are also reasonable compared to similar saunas. It's a great place to spend a nice time with friends. Will definitely visit it again.
