One of the best hotels I’ve been to in the recent years. The modern design and the cozy atmosphere makes it a dream location for calm and tranquil vacation. Furthermore, there is an amazing forest the entrance to which lies from within the hotel. And a great plus is there is a pool, which one can use on good summer days. Definitely coming back here!

We had a very pleasant stay, even though it was a very short one. Very simple but lovely interior . The staff were very helpful and kind. Will definitely recommend to stay a night or two if you are visiting Vanadzor or somewhere nearby.

Definitely one of the best B&B that I have been. The owners are very polite and intelligent persons. The place were perfectly clear. The breakfast was yummy!

Comfortable room with carpet. Double bed with nice sheets. All food was first class from afternoon tea with pastries and trout with vegetables and salads. Superb food here in generous portions suited us after a long day of cycling. Good wine included and no fee for a load of washing. I want to go back. Vanadzor had a good feel to it with people in the street talking to us and asking to take photos...

A charming small and affordable B & B. The family is very welcoming and speak good English. In the evening I had a few beers on the terrace with one of the sons who took care of a tour the next day. At noon I was allowed to join the dinner. The next day I could ride to Lake Sevan where he found a simple guesthouse for me. Simply splendid.

It's a good hotel, worth staying there, especially if you have a car. It's a very clean hotel. The breakfast was also delicious.

A very affordable hotel, located on a recently renovated road. The room was spacious and equipped with everything you need. Free private parking was available. We enjoyed the welcome and kindness of the blonde receptionist. If we're ever in Vanadzor, this will definitely be our go-to hotel.

After 5 days of traveling around Georgia and changing 4 hotels, we ended up at the Palermo Hotel in Armenia in the city of Vanadzor and were delighted with the coziness of comfort and warm welcome. There is everything from water, tea and coffee to toothpaste and brush, magnificent linen and furniture.
