The rooms are very simple and cheaply decorated. Especialy the bed is of a very bad quality. There is an outdoor fridge that is very old and moldly. Breakfast is okay but compared to our other stays in this country, the least one we had. The staff is a very friendly 7family.

I had the great pleasure of staying at this property and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone! Above all, the incredible hospitality of the owners – from the very beginning, I felt like part of the family. It reminded me of my childhood with my grandparents in the countryside. The hosts were helpful, warm, and always ready to chat about Armenian life and history.
The homemade food deserves special mention – the daily breakfasts were delicious, fresh, and prepared with love. You could feel the attention to every detail.
Even the tea and homemade jams were exceptional.
The property itself is small and has a unique atmosphere. It's located in the very center of the city, so everything is close by. Despite its central location, it was very peaceful and quiet, allowing me to fully relax. Every morning, I was greeted by birdsong, mountain views, and clean air.

Excellent room! Very clean, large and bright, wonderful! Perfect, delicious breakfast, products produced by the landlady. Beautiful garden with beautiful roses! Polite and very good people! Everything is very close! We will come again

The old lady of the homeowner is really unfriendly. The two of us have to live in two single beds. Her family only has a double bed. Another triple room is expensive. Not in her room, she told her neighbors that she also had a room. At first she thought she was kind, but when we saw that we were carrying big luggage and drove to the next door, she went with the past. So I talked to the daughter of the next-door homeowner and tried to talk about the price. It was acceptable to see her, and the old owner of the center and the owner of the next door didn’t know what to say, and then we were surprised at us. So the price of the next door is the same as her home, and she does not agree with the price. To be honest, she passed, can the neighbor next door be more embarrassed than her?
OK, I would rather not find the rain to continue to find, the place to find behind is cheap and good, and independent of a house, not like this center only has a room, the room is the owner of the old lady and the old man.

We spent the evening with the hosts with wine all evening pleasant to talk to us. We were treated to a very tasty dinner and breakfast with Armenian products. We felt at home here.
