Diana Hotel in Goris

What to say, out of all the hotels in Goris, this could be considered as the only decent hotel. But this place is only good for a one night stay. When we arrived, drunk people were driving out of the hotel as there was a club on the Ground floor. The noise was awful. No one helped to take our bags upstairs which was made worse by the fact that the hotel was on the second floor. The man at the reception spoke no English whatsoever and wasnt interested in helping us at all. When we asked for a room away from the noise, he just gave us a room straight above the noise. This went on until 2 am in the morning. No AC in the room and the Jacuzzi style bath tub system only worked as a shower and no other functions worked. Not impressed by the breakfast, set in the 'CLUB' area and the silverware was not cleam. Service was non-existent. Stay at this hotel only if necessary. The only upside was the location of the hotel, set in a nook of the mountains.

10/7/2017. Nooo phone in rooms to call the reception ?
First of all the entrance to the hotel is very dark , there is no light and is very gloomy. Once we arrived we were not greeted by anyone and were not assisted with our luggage, we had to carry our bags by ourselves to the rooms.
Second, the staff was not friendly at all and was not very flexible towards our comments regarding the room.
Concerning the rooms, we booked a room with 2 double beds that turned out to be roll beds, there is no refrigerator nor an AC; on top of that, there is no window that can open. The room gives a feeling of being imprisoned. In addition, i do not recommend any1 to book at this hotel during the summer .. the rooms are very hot and lack oxygen
