Only stayed a night but it was good

Located conveniently next to the train station and smacked bang in the middle of the city. Facility is quite old but it was well kept and very clean. The only negative thing is that there’s no swimming pool. Or maybe it’s under renovation. Only one lift and it’s slow Otherwise, great stay

so hot as No aircons in the bedrooms. Everything was basic. Need renovation. The staff very friendly.

The only real problem with the hotel at the moment and for a while yet by the look of it was that there was a construction site right next door and it started very early in the morning. Not very relaxing . The room ok clean wise could have been better. Staff were good

5 Night Stay. Needs a modern upgrade asap. The water taps constantly leak overnight even when fully tightened. The small TV had to be replaced with a new one twice and no access to foxtel. The shower screen above the bathtub needs to be extended as water splashes everywhere. Housekeeping was average over the NYE period. Would recommend only for 1-2 nights max.

Nice clean Studio apartment in perfect position between CBD and North Wollongong. Very comfortable. just a little dissapointing to have to pay extra for parking

Such a lovely and clean room. Confident in staying when it is so clean and airy and light. Easy to walk to the Entertainment Centre and to Steelers Club for dinner even when it was pouring. Would definitely stay here again and for longer as it has great kitchen facilities.

I love the quest brand but this hotel is in need of a refresh. It was happening whilst i was there, but the room I was in was quite dated and worn.

The food was good. The aircon was noisy. The safe seems didn't work.

The bathroom had a sewage problem and had a smell and the kettle wasn’t working, but at least the beds were comfortable and the staff friendly.

Really comfy bed! It took a while to find the place, as it isn't well sign-posted (it's behind a bottleshop), and Google Maps took us to the wrong street.

The dude with the moustache at the reception was an absolute legend

Friendly staff, good drinks selection, nice food and quick service.

Room tastefully renovated. Sparkling clean. Very comfortable bed. Excellent shower.

It was good.  Clean and affordable. Staff friendly and accommodating. Prices on parking and mini bar were reasonable and sauna was great to use.  Really good location and would recommend and stay again.

The customer service was great 

Dryer was dirty and made our clothes more messy and room quality was not up to par we asked for a queen bed but they put to single beds together. However the service of the staff was amazing

Excellent place to stay. Close to shops, clubs and take away food shops. Very quite place to sleep. Bed are comfortable to sleep in. Would recommend. friendly staff. Parking spaces can be a little bit tight if you have 4wd Ute

We had a lovely time. The room was clean. Very close to the beach. Definitely will book again
