The worst experience ever had We booked and paid for a two-night stay at a rate of approximately $600 per night, expecting a comfortable and well-maintained accommodation suitable for a family holiday. Unfortunately, this was not the case. On the first night after check-in, we left the hotel and returned late in the evening, only to discover that the air conditioning in our room was not working. Given the very hot and humid weather, this made the room unbearable. We immediately contacted the after-hours emergency number. The advice we received was careless and unacceptable—we were told to “wait until morning,” despite clearly explaining that the room was too hot to sleep in. After insisting on assistance, an after-hours manager was sent to our room; however, they were unable to fix the issue or provide any practical solution. As a result, my family and I were forced to spend the night in extremely uncomfortable conditions. What was meant to be a relaxing family holiday turned into a distressing experience due to poor maintenance and lack of effective support from staff. For a hotel charging premium rates, it is your responsibility to ensure that essential facilities—especially air conditioning—are fully functional prior to guest check-in. The level of service we received fell well

5 Night Stay. Needs a modern upgrade asap. The water taps constantly leak overnight even when fully tightened. The small TV had to be replaced with a new one twice and no access to foxtel. The shower screen above the bathtub needs to be extended as water splashes everywhere. Housekeeping was average over the NYE period. Would recommend only for 1-2 nights max.

Nice clean Studio apartment in perfect position between CBD and North Wollongong. Very comfortable. just a little dissapointing to have to pay extra for parking

Such a lovely and clean room. Confident in staying when it is so clean and airy and light. Easy to walk to the Entertainment Centre and to Steelers Club for dinner even when it was pouring. Would definitely stay here again and for longer as it has great kitchen facilities.

I love the quest brand but this hotel is in need of a refresh. It was happening whilst i was there, but the room I was in was quite dated and worn.

The room is very satisfactory, there is parking, and it is close to the beach and pedestrian street. Wollongong city is not really big, and it is a city worth visiting!

One of the best Thai restaurant around wollongong. They just updated menu. Their food is reasonable price and good quality. All the food comes in nice plate.Atmosphere is also good for dating and staff are friendly.
