Whitsunday Reflections Apartments in Airlie Beach

Beautiful accommodation, amazing views and staff are helpful and welcoming. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and peaceful with amazing ocean views. The only downside is the very steep hill to the town, a short walk to main streets but the walk up the hill back is very steep and tiring. We walked up the hill twice but other days we caught a taxi which cost $10-$13 each time, it would be nice if they offered a shuttle service every hour or so. They provide complimentary tea, coffee and shampoo but when you run out, you have to purchase your own. For these reasons we won’t be staying here again but if you don’t mind paying for a cab after a day out or when you need something from Woolies, I highly recommend staying here

We had apartment 32 which had a wonderful view from the large balcony. The apartment itself was emasculate with everything you could need to be self contained. It wa a 15 minute safe walk into town where there was a large selection of bars and restaurants, s well as tourist tours. The walk back home ws a steep climb so if you are considering this apartment as an option you will need to be fit and not have small children or buggies to push or carry. There are taxis to take you back and fore which cost $11.

Everything is perfect

The room was excellent, spacious with a wide view overlooking the entire Airline Beach. It also had a swimming pool. The only downside was its height, which wasn't ideal for hikers.

Sea view room, large space, kitchen can also be used for simple cooking, the location is about 8-10 minutes by car from the main street, watching the sunrise and sunset is very healing, the landlord's grandmother said that I can post it on Xiao🍠, she will watch it hahaha

Advantages: Located halfway up a mountain, the sea view is stunning, and the rooms are very spacious.

Disadvantages: The bathroom drainage isn't very smooth, and there's a long uphill climb from the main street to the hotel, which can be tiring.

Facilities: Complete kitchenware, no oil, salt, sauce and vinegar are needed, suitable for cooking Western food. Refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee pot are all available. Air conditioner, electric fan, two TVs each. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided, but the quality is average. The hair dryer is ordinary and old. There are no slippers, combs, toothbrushes and toothpaste.

Advantages: Beautiful environment, you can enjoy the sunset, the infrastructure is complete and clean! Away from the hustle and bustle of the central city at the foot of the mountain, the environment is quiet! Convenient transportation, it is the pick-up point for various tourist team projects. Close to the city, it only costs 10-11 Australian dollars to take a taxi from the central city at the foot of the mountain!

Disadvantages: Being on the mountain is its disadvantage, but the sea view rooms are all on the mountain. Another problem is that the drainage of the shower room is not ideal, and the mop provided in the room needs to be mopped after taking a shower.

Perfect room

Very satisfactory hotel, hotel facilities are quite complete, you can cook by yourself, the scenery is also very good, you can see the sea directly. The only drawback is that the location is indeed halfway up the mountain. If you don't rent a car, it's quite easy to go down the mountain, but it's a bit tiring to go up the mountain. It takes 15 minutes to walk down the mountain to the supermarket. You can use Uber on the island, which is usually 9-12 Australian dollars, which is quite convenient.
