Fairly substandard Subway outlet. They never change gloves between serving and handling other gear. Fillings are slapped in, barely cover the length of the sub. Overall haphazard service

Service is bad.
Also i feel like the bread is thinner than other subways so it rips like no tomorrow. Basically the whole thing ended up all soggy and yuck.
Owner /manager man talks strange. if you don't understand what he says he will give you an attitude.
Staff dont really care much about what they are putting into the sub. I got a tomato with the stem (which i saw her put in) and the lady put in the wrong salads. Thought they would make me a new one after she chucked in a bunch of carrots that i told her not to put in, but she just took what she can out and there it was. Didn't ask for a new one. Won't be returning for a while.

I came with my husband to the bar to have a dinner with friends.I ordered all the meals together and one of the meals was the Munich platter for two, also a salad and few sausages. It was between 7:30pm. I spent $88.
I’ve noticed that the order took a while to arrive, and I came back to the bar to complain about the waiting. It was almost one hour waiting.
It does not matter how long I’ve waited, 40 minutes or 60 minutes. The place was not that crowded for a Thursday night. One of the bars was closed and the only one taking orders was the one inside, passing the hostess.
Suddenly after complaining, the waitress came to me, arguing that I was waiting 40 minutes and not 1 hour as I mentioned with a lot of attitude and very aggressive.
I simply was hungry and all of my guests too.
Waiting 40 minutes it is already a long wait.
The bartender could have told me that the wait for this order could take a while, with a peace of mind I would be more than happy to order some more drinks. Communication is everything!
Me and all my guests were surprised at her rudeness. Arguing with a client does not take to anywhere, in front of everybody. 20 minutes more or less it does not matter when you are kind to someone. She could simply apologize for the long waiting and also could say that surely the dish will be delicious as an excuse.
But she scared me. She is not a person to deal with the public letting the anger speak louder than the respect.

Very disappointing experience!!!

Most unwelcoming customer service, when ordering at the bar - the young male had absolutely no interest in what we had to say, and the conversation was extremely awkward. When we asked for beer glasses when ordering a tower of beer, the bartender gave a 'dumb look' on his face. This place needs serious training with their staff. The secondary manager, took down my name and number so he could pass it to his Senior Manager - but not entirely sure how that is supposed to help fix the issue of customer service.

Even after repeating my order three times, he "forgot" to put the order through, and were given the excuse of "it was really loud in here, he probably couldn't hear you" - but the bartender was just ignorant with taking orders from the very beginning. Which means our entire group were waiting on specific dishes right til the end - and we're still unsure whether we paid for something that didn't arrive at the table.

Lovely venue and food - but customer service is lacking.

Was told we had a 20min wait for a table. 45min later we were seated. Then our meals took another hour with no explanation. Waiter was smarmy and solely concerned with trying to cover his own butt. Meals were good when they came though. Probably fine if it's not busy.

I've been going to Saké for many years now but will not be returning after our last visit (which was Christmas day 2017). The choices on the menu have reduced significantly. The portion sizes have also decreased whilst prices have increased. The staff scowled a lot, being stuffy and unfriendly. The food we had was nice but not nice enough to bring us back. In 2015 we celebrated Christmas at Saké and we loved the food and dining experience that time, but things have clearly changed.

It has been a few years since we dined at sake. And our last experience was amazing. But now, we are so disappointed, we order two entrees and two mains and we are now off to eat somewhere else as I feel we have only had a snack. Your portion size has shrunk. Omg, it has shrunk. So much so my wife thought the first dish that was brought out was a completely plate cleanser as it was so small. Don’t get me wrong the one to two bites of fish I had was amazing but when you are paying $34 for 6 tiny pieces that you could fit into one mouth full. I feel a tiny bit ripped off. If you have money to burn, come here. Plus we were seated in their casual seating area. Even thou we booked a week in advance it felt like we were in a busy sushi train place rather than a high end restaurant. You went from 5 stars to 2 stars sake. Oh how have you sold out big time.
