ibis Mackay in Mackay

Stayed for 3 nights, I have stayed here for a number of times over the last 2 years for work.
The TV’s in the bar area need replacing, it’s been this way for over a year I think, can’t read the flight schedule and the other 3 screens have burn out issues.
In the time I spent there this time the room was never serviced, I had to ask reception to restock my mini bar on day 2, this was done but no milk or water supplied during the restock, nothing else was touched, bed, towels or coffee station.
Whilst the location is perfect for my work needs, I expect a standard of service to commit to using this hotel in the future.

Stayed for like 6 hrs come straight from work had a shower went to bed woke up then caught my flight then was charged for eating chips that I didnt eat $9.13 I called an was told that they would call me back after you investigated but nothing just take my money bloody joke I understand if I did eat them fair enough but I didnt bloody touch anything there. It also took 45 minutes waiting to get checked in.
