The conditions are basic; they don't provide towels, you have to wash yourself, and they don't clean the room. No one cares; everything is self-service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The amenities were great.

Resort Property was very well maintained and rooms were equipped with all the things you would have imagine. Was a great short stay, the only issue was having lot of house flys and they have sprayed out when we reported.

Communication about our stay was very good, the room was clean and well presented, our room was close to the pool and cafe, the pool was beautiful and the reception said had recently been renovated, we ate breakfast at the cafe and was delicious.

Fantastic location and beautiful resort-style accommodation! The pool was perfect everytime we got in and the grounds were very well kept. We loved our stay at Noosa Lakes Resort. The apartment was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed, including a hairdryer and iron! The staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool area was amazing. Easy to get to local amenities on foot or by bus. Would definitely return!

Helpful staff on reception and a fantastic spot with adjacent garage. This was a most impressive rental with great views across the waterway - we even had a jetty & landing stage! Strong smell of air freshener upon opening the doors. Quite overwhelming and had to turn the AC off. They charge a service fee/surcharge for credit card payment instead of absorbing the cost like most hotels do. So be aware of that. The hair dryer burnt and started smoking on us when we tried to use it. Luckily we turned it off straight away and nothing bad happened. We only stayed for a couple hours...

Property was again welcoming to our beloved pet cat. Parking was safe & secure. Unfortunately, WiFi was playing up a little bit e.g. slow. Otherwise, this is our favourite holiday destination.

Whatever the floor was cleaned with left a sticky, slippery surface - I felt soapy (Werner was not good but maybe a more drying floor cleaning that doesn’t leave a residue). Thank you otherwise.

We had Villa 10, 3br/2 bathroom accomms with an upstairs balcony overlooking one of the beautiful spa pools. The villas are private, well appointed and very comfortable. Booked in here at the last minute and loved it. Wonderful rooms set in luscious gardens and a 5 min walk to the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. Hamish was super helpful. Some of the rooms are a little tired hence the 4 stars but spotlessly clean.

We loved Glen Eden. It is spotlessly clean and set in mature, well kept gardens. You exit the front of your property walk barefooted over the lush grass down a 3-minute path to the incredible Perugien beach which is stunning. Stayed for a very relaxing 2 days and were so happy with how equipped the villa was, home from home. Wonderfully close to the beach. The most important thing to us is cleanliness and we could not fault how spotless our unit 26 was. The bbq area was so well maintained that the equipment felt like we were the first to use it. A well positioned and maintained resort with pool, and a short walk through the dunes to the beach, Jess & Hamish are lovely and so helpful with a well stocked reception and info on activities and local advice. We loved our stay there (my 3rd time), highly recommended!

Great location, very close to local shops and supermarket. The pool and bbq area is amazing, especially the spa which was heated to a perfect temperature. We had everything we needed, plenty of spare towels and the kitchen had enough to do some basic cooking. The unit was very clean except the light covers that were full of dead bugs but that’s only a minor thing.

Our full week stay at Nautilus was great. We stayed in a renovated unit and all the quality inclusions made the stay enjoyable. Comfy bedding and a nice unit from top to bottom.

This was good value for money accommodation for a family of 4. Well placed location a short 15/20 min walk into Noosa and Noosa river. We had a 3 bed 2 bathroom ground floor unit with small garden. The unit was spacious, cosmetics are a little shabby in parts and could do with touching up or replacement. Not the best equipped either utensil wise, had to ring up and ask for more tongs/colander etc...

We stayed give nights in unit four and for two people this was great. Would easily fit a family. Pool and spa good. Staff friendly and helpful. Needs maintenance to freshen up the place but otherwise we had a fantastic five days. The place is close to Noosa Beach. A nice kilometre or so walk. Also close to a few supermarkets within ten minutes walk.

We had a wonderful stay at this property during a very wet & bleak period of February. Extremely thankful to have booked this for a comfortable hideaway. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We had a few days in Noosa. The apartment was very spacious. We only had one bedroom but the apartment has two full bathrooms which was very nice. This was a good place to stay, central to all areas, the apartment was well equipped and loved the private spa on the roof.

We have stayed at Noosa Tropicana a couple of times now and always enjoy our stay. Accommodation is spacious and nicely furnished and our preference is the garden view accommodation that we have chosen each time in preference to the pool view. Location is excellent as it is situated between Noosaville and Hastings Street at Noosa Heads for quick access to the best the locations have to offer.

Great place to stay - super friendly owners that were great at communicating up until and through the stay. Nice apartments with new furniture etc. Perfect for our girls weekend. We were on the 3rd level with no lift but we didn’t mind - something to be aware of though if you had kids/were older (i would just ask for a lower level floor as it’s definitely somewhere worth staying)

Great place to stay highly recommended The staff, location, room and amenities were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and having a dedicated carpark included made exploring the area a lot easier so we didn’t need to worry about finding a park or whether our car was secure. We feel relaxed and recharged. We definitely will be back again.

We returned to Noosa River Sandy Shores again for our stay in Noosa this year because it's just such a lovely experience. Great facilities (including a lift) and clean, comfortable apartments, not to mention "location, location, location"! Amy and Jason could not have been more helpful. Craig & Maryanne's service is Amazing!!!! We had some bad pet urine stains and smells on our carpet and rugs for them to remove and the job they did was flawless. Lovely people and we highly recommend them.

Thanks to our family dog I had a carpet emergency so texted Craig very early one morning with an SOS. He was there that afternoon to help! Unfortunately the carpet couldn't be saved, but Craig was nice enough to help rip it up at no cost to us. The property is incredible and so unique. We were looking for a relaxing family escape and we got that and much more! The house was beautiful and spacious, the wildlife so incredible in the natural surroundings and the property team went above and beyond in every way. It was so peaceful with lots to do on site yet there was so much to explore on our doorstep if we wanted to do more.

Stayed here for the second time. The managers of the resort are very nice and helpful. There are lots of toys for little guests: pool toys, but also balls and scooters. Since the units are owned by different people they are furnished in different styles. Some have been fleshly redone, others weren’t, yet they are all the same price.
