I honestly don’t understand all the positive reviews. Maybe there are differences between the apartments, but the one we stayed in clearly hadn’t been renovated or properly maintained in a long time. We stayed at Nautilus for three nights, and out of our four months of traveling, this was unfortunately one of the least clean places we’ve experienced.

The curtains in both the living room and the bedroom were covered in brown and yellow stains — it was honestly disgusting to even touch them. The living room carpet was full of dirt and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in ages. The kitchen cupboards had crumbs everywhere, and the surfaces were sticky. The bedspreads on the beds, as well as the decorative pillows, were stained and had crumbs on them.

Overall, we really didn’t feel comfortable staying there. The only positive was that the bed sheets were clean, and at least the bed itself felt okay.

Great apartment. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, quiet location even though close to Noosa and the river. Pool and tennis court a bonus - will definitely stay here again.

Great location 15 minutes walk from Noosa beach, great to avoid the holiday traffic. Tennis court, pool and onsite parking. Good size townhouse in good condition.

Great location, very close to local shops and supermarket. The pool and bbq area is amazing, especially the spa which was heated to a perfect temperature. We had everything we needed, plenty of spare towels and the kitchen had enough to do some basic cooking. The unit was very clean except the light covers that were full of dead bugs but that’s only a minor thing.

Our full week stay at Nautilus was great.
We stayed in a renovated unit and all the quality inclusions made the stay enjoyable. Comfy bedding and a nice unit from top to bottom.

This was good value for money accommodation for a family of 4. Well placed location a short 15/20 min walk into Noosa and Noosa river. We had a 3 bed 2 bathroom ground floor unit with small garden. The unit was spacious, cosmetics are a little shabby in parts and could do with touching up or replacement. Not the best equipped either utensil wise, had to ring up and ask for more tongs/colander etc. Tennis court was free to use with racquets and balls, however swimming pool spa only 1 and on the very small size. Our parking space and room for cars was very cramped making manoevouring tight and difficult. Personally I would not stay here again as I would look for somewhere with a larger swimming pool and nicer aesthetics surrounding the complex.
