Stayed in a beautiful two bedroom terrace apartment which looks over Macrossan st and has its own pool and spa on the terrace. The apartment was very spacious, immaculately clean and had everything you would possibly need. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom ammenities were MOR brand which were very luxurious. There was a beautiful fruit and cheese platter in our fridge on arrival which was a lovely gift. All restaurants and beach a quick walk away. No need for a car!!

Our end appt (104) was just amazing! Huge amount of space…. 2 large bathrooms, walk in wardrobe.. large kitchen.. laundry room…. Spacious bedroom And to top it all off, various large terraces with big bbq area, sunbathing areas, our own pool and hot tub. The location was amazing too.. right on Macrossan Street with immediate access to a load of great bars, restaurants and shops. And a 2 minute walk to the beach. The staff at the appts were great too.. nothing was too much bother for them and everyone super friendly. If we didn’t live so far away in Scotland, we’d be back here every year!

Coconut Grove is perfectly located and exceptionally well appointed, with high-quality fixtures and fittings, including a washer and dryer. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Sadly, the weather meant we couldn’t enjoy the rooftop terrace, pool and jacuzzi, but it looked fantastic. Port Douglas is a wonderful holiday destination, and Coconut Grove is the perfect place to stay.

Aparment was very nice. Two Bedroom better suited for a family than two couples as one of the bedrooms is small with very limited Closet and storage space. Kitchen area and outside areas are fantastic. The kitchen was not as clean as we would have liked upon our arrival (counter and floors ). The staff was very. Accommodating and helpful and the location was perfect.

Recently stayed at CG for a couple of weeks, perfect location, fantastic apartment, felt like we were living in our own home . Will defiantly stay there again.

The apartment was great. The staff warned us a week out that if we had an early flight the morning we were checking out that there was a major bike race on and that we should consider staying in Cairns the night. This was truly appreciated. I booked accommodation in Cairns, and then was refused a refund for the last night of our accommodation, this was very disappointing as they were the ones that told us we shouldn’t stay… apart from that the apartment was great, they could have been more generous on coffee pods, 4 for two people for 6 nights was very light on, especially for an expensive resort. Parking was easy as they have on sight car parks. The pool was beautiful, especially at night and the option of getting fresh towels daily was good too

Excellent place with an open & spacious layout & a wonderful location. We had a 3 BDR w balcony unit & it was wonderful. Bedrooms clean & spacious. Bathrooms very clean. Entire unit is very modern w all amenities available. Huge balcony facing Macrossan, which was very very nice. Very close to restaurants & the beach, as such super convenient. Reception was helpful as needed.

Beautifully appointed apartment. We stayed here for 6 nights, fantastic location, very well appointed, very specious and had everything you would ever need. Thoroughly recommended and for us was a wonderful end to our 7 weeks in Australia

Amazing - must stay here.
Amazing stay and super friendly staff / owner. Rooms were massive, clean and had all the amenities you could want. The location was perfect. Parking underground on site was really helpful. Highly recommend.

This place is AMAZING… the best place in Port Douglas. Great location, amenities and the staff is awesome. Perfect place to hang out, grill, deck, and lovely spaces!!!! Beautifully decorated- and pristine grounds with gardens and sitting areas, hot tubs, pools, waterfalls- stunning. Don’t stay anywhere else. This is THE PLACE. Do you like 5 star plus star amenities- this is your place! We loved it here. Stayed for 6 nights.

I gave it a 2 star as the guy that greated us was friendly and accommodating, on seafood alone I’d add a warning sign.
It could be our mistake, we didn’t order the mixed grill, instead I ordered calamari and prawns and my partner ordered nachos and wings. The prawns had been deep fried to the point there was no flesh left in them, I couldn’t get the dehydrated calamari off the skewer.... but the side salad was fresh and edible.
The friendly waiter was good enough to understand why I couldn’t eat it and refunded the seafood. He’s the only reason I’d half consider a second chance on the place.

Brazilian BBQ, smelt so good. Unfortunately it didn't live up to the smell. I agree with one of the other reviews these guys are only open because everywhere else is booked out. So much wasted potential...

The only reason people go here is because everywhere else is booked ,
The food is absolutely disgusting and so overpriced it just makes me very angry and afterwards your palate feels like it's cleaned a dirty barbecue- I would avoid this place with all my heart and go somewhere else because this is the kind of establishment that caters for people who have no idea about food - if you're fussy about what you eat avoid this place at all costs !

Fantastic, delicious food. Very good value. We went for dinner with our 12 and 11 year old children and they totally loved the food! Very reasonable prices for children too! Great cocktails and very friendly staff, they all had a lovely smile to any request. Will definitely come back.

I am surprised to see the previous reviews. My family and I loved the pizza, especially the base, which was thin, crispy and tasty, just like in Italy. We wanted the deal with the 2 for 1 homemade tiramisu but there was only one tiramisu left, so the chef gave us the tiramisu plus a desert pizza with nutella, bananas and walnuts, my kids loved it and asked for more. If you want an authentic pizza in Port Douglas, go to Portico!

The place advertizes vegan options but does not actually offer them giving the excuse that the suoermarket was out of stock. That would be the same supermarket we went to and bought all vegan ingrediants including vegan cheese and made our own pizza. The attittude of the sales girl was very poor and it seemed that out business was not wanted and that was before we asked for the vegan options. The pizzas are quite small for the price and will not fill a hungry large adult. Much improvemement required.
