Room was clean and tidy. Lift is slow. Food and service were g8. Position is central and can walk everywhere.

Spacious room with fantastic styling, big tv, decent bed and amenities. Long metal drain in the wet room bathroom isnt sturdy, almost fell over thinking i broke it.
Couldnt understand staff member at the register, spoke way to quickly in his thick foreign accent for an "upmarket" hotel.

There was mould in the shower and the grate on the bathroom floor was loose and would lift up when you stood on it plus it made a hell of noise not very good if you're trying to be quite early in the morning.

Our room was very clean.. exceptional in fact . All staff were very friendly and helpful . Breakfast was well presented and tasted like a home cooked meal .. we really enjoyed our stay … well done Burke and Wills

Spent a night at the hotel. Location was great - within walking distance of shops, Grand Central Mall and restaurants. We arrived in the mid afternoon so didn't have problems with parking.
Bed was really comfortable and the nespresso machine in the room was great.
**** ***** at the ***** - but can't blame the hotel for that 😀

This hotel is very close to the Empire Theatre. The room may have been small but we’re not in it except to sleep. Josh’s, their restaurant, didn’t disappoint. We had the salt and pepper calamari and the crispy skinned salmon which was cooked to perfection. Service was good.

This place does great food! Ate there last night, Redneck burger on Full, perfect size and really tasty. Great staff happy to have a chat and go through the menu, will definitely come back when in toowoomba for round 2!

This restaurant has gone down hill massively over the past year or so, I've eaten many times and my most recent experience has caused me to decide never to return. The meat smelt border line off, the stir fry was more akin to a soup and the herbs were so over cooked they were brown and disintegrating. I was surprised that I didn't get food poisening It's difficult to imagine how you could "cook" a stir fry so horridly. There's a reason why this place is emtpty every time you look in, avoid it at any cost. They also charge a fortune at dinner.

Would have to say worst dining experience ever. Paid $130 for buffet meal nearly all the dishes were empty, and stayed like that the whole time we were there. We asked when more food was going to be bought out and we were told the chef was cooking more but never topped up the buffet. The fruit in the dessert bar was all bruised. Will definately never eat there again.?

I got food poisoning from a home delivery from Qi Lin about a year ago. It was some chicken dish and I believe the chicken must of been undercooked. Very disappointing because they used to be my favourite Chinese restaurant. You really wouldn't expect this to happen at an award winning restaurant :/ Anyway, ever since the food poisoning I've been too scared to order there ever again :(
