I wouldn't even give this 1star, the hospitality consists of resident escorts from the local paper, never take your family there!

Wish i didn't need to rate with a star. Booked for a 2bdrm Spa Suite and given a 2 bedroom Suite with no Spa. We were provided Unit 2, due to a 7:30pm check in, we notified staff the following day, to which the hosts agreed to refund the difference. We even remained in the room as we had already settled and unpacked, and didn't want to cause too much disruption. The bedding provided were thin throw rugs rather than actual blankets. Extra blankets in wardrobe were no better; being old, aged and as good as rags! Very unclean and revolting bathroom with mould, grime and other disturbing stains in the shower and toilet. Our stay was during winter and the heat pump made an improved change in temperature, in the lounge only. Austar is limited and don't expect to be able to watch anything worthwhile. Wi-fi was the worst experience, slow and worthless. Be aware of surcharges- the receptionist advised there is a surcharge per person, even though we booked and paid for the numbers that stayed and had no extras. Carpark is very disorganised and limited. Disapointed decision to stay and will not recommend. Huge re-focus of cleanliness, quality and simple accomodation etiquette needed!
