The room was spotless and erfect for our overnight visit.

Helpful staff and a clean, spacious room. However, the shower water pressure was a bit low, possibly due to a clog.

Room old but spotless. Every thing we require was there.

Lovely room, bed was very comfortable, clean and tidy. The only minor negative, especially being older is the shower was over the spa bath for getting in and out

Easy access & txt communication was very prompt. Room was ready for late check in. Parking was tight. Hilly area, lots of big vehicles that night so space felt very confined. The room we stayed in was spacious and overlooking a gorgeous view. Clean and tidy and very comfortable.

Thanks to manager and staff for being so helpful. My stay was nearly ruined by noisy clientele who had no regard for other paying guests. The manager kindly offered me another room and a free dinner at their other hotel for my final night which i gladly accepted. I recommend the Albert Hotel to stay at its much quieter and more boutique and intimate than the Daylesford spa. Thanks again great customer...

Everything was provided and we loved the cosyness! When we experienced a problem with the air conditioning, someone was there immediately to correct it. Location was great, and we could easily walk to central attractions. Beds were ultra comfortable and everyone slept well.

We had a very pleasant 2 night stay in apartment C. Great location, less than 1km from center of town, supermarket and pubs. Communication was excellent, the room was clean and tidy. A bit of noise from the apartment above and neighbouring apartment but not too bad.

Fantastic location, beautiful artwork and decor, comfortable furnishings in lovely well-lit lounge area. The hot tub was clean and preheated to the perfect temperature.

Great facilities, clean modern rooms, no road noise despite being at the front of the property. Communication from management was never a issue but in saying that we had no reason to contact them. Homely feel that was perfect for us

Arrived from Sydney for Chillout Festival- I have to say this pub had great staff- everyone was friendly and welcoming. Had the Scotch fillet steak- this was cooked to perfection. Meal arrived hot and so much flavour. Table service was fantastic- no empty drinks were sitting on tables pilling up. Highly recommend this place.

Recently renovated rooms were a fun surprise, given the hotel itself had old original exterior & interior (which is also lovely). Great location right on the round about, so close for meandering to shops, cafes, park/playground if you're travelling with kids. Great hotel rates for what's on offer

Location is right in the heart of town and close to all the shops. The room was comfortable, had a very modern bathroom and excellent views from the balcony. The only downfall was the bed was a little uncomfortable and it was hard to get to sleep due to noisy patrons in the bar downstairs. The water tasted a little chemically so we had to buy bottled water.

The room was good and check in friendly and helpful. A couple of draw backs, the noise from bands playing until late was annoying and the balcony was more of a shared verandah and not separated from the adjoining room, as they were smokers we couldn’t sit outside without breathing their smoke. Also there was only one table and 2 chairs and an old bench seat for the two rooms.
