The room was spotless and erfect for our overnight visit.

Helpful staff and a clean, spacious room. However, the shower water pressure was a bit low, possibly due to a clog.

Lovely room, bed was very comfortable, clean and tidy. The only minor negative, especially being older is the shower was over the spa bath for getting in and out

Parking was tight. Hilly area, lots of big vehicles that night so space felt very confined.

Very light curtains on windows, which unfortunately didn't feel very private.
Bathroom was dated , decor wise, with a deep , beige spa bath. The shower was hard to use as you had to climb into the bath to stand under it.
It didn't bother me, but I could imagine lots of people finding this difficult.

I may have got the last room at the motel so maybe this spa bath was the only option left. I wouldn't book it by choice.

**Hotel Review – 4 Nights Stay**
I was quite disappointed with several aspects of my stay:
- The shampoos were never refilled, and towels were not changed during my four nights, which I found unacceptable.
- The bathroom door lock was difficult to use and definitely needs fixing.
- The TV in the room was outdated and not a smart TV, which was disappointing considering modern expectations.
- One of the main reasons I booked was because the advertisement photos showed a spa, but in reality, there was no spa at all –
- The hair dryer provided was extremely old and barely functional.

Had a lovely lunch here today for our 10th wedding anniversary. This little place was recommend by a friend and we were not disappointed. A beautiful boutique bistro/cafe. Great wine and beer selection, absolutely delicious food and lovely staff.

Exceptional food and great service. We had the Chinese style duck leg, duck fat potatoes, cauliflower salad and slow roasted lamb ribs. They were all really satisfying! It was full the night we went so best to book in advance.

We stumbled on this place for dinner and were extremely impressed. Having eaten at the Lakehouse the night before, we found Frank & Connies to be a much better experience. Fantastic friendly service, interesting menu and very tasty food - and much better value for your dollar. Would definitely recommend!

We had lunch there on Good Friday ... great meal and great service. We then went back for dinner on Easter Saturday....... We were very pleased as they fitted us in at the last minute and the meal was superb and the service great.......would recommend to anyone and we will certainly be back

We usually dine during lunchtime in Argus and the food is really good. Fresh local produce evrrytime. Great value lunch meals along with great atmosphere. Absolutely love the experience. Great for a romantic day out.

Such a big disappointment! I called today , in order to make a reservation and i asked if they could make a vegan option. The guy on the phone just told me that they only do vegetarian options and he hung the phone whilst i was talking ! Sooo rude

All meals designed to not harm your dentures and sneak past your taste buds without notification. Desperately needed seasoning. The lamb lacked flavour and had raw snow peas, the beef broiled. The wait staff forgot the drinks order and totally lacked attentiveness.

I quite like what they've done with the old Hepburn Springs Hotel. The heritage and romance has been retained. Loved the dinner and attention to detail. First time I have tried cultured butter served with the bread as a starter.

Got the Devonshire Tea package which comes with tea/coffee/hot chocolate and scones. The scones were sweet, but not to sweet and the hot chocolate complimented the meal. The cauliflower soup was also tasty. Not the best location since there are only 5 tables inside and they are usually full. The service wasn't too great since there are only 2 people working...
