Beautiful place to stay. Deluxe suite was amazing and loved every moment of it. Bug as spa bath which was a delight. Great massage to the sore back.
Pool was beautiful. Bed and room atmosphere was well worth it. We’ll always be back to this one and hopefully they are all the same in different locations of Aussie

From the moment we walked in Roshan was friendly and helpful. We had 2 great dinners in the restaurant and enjoyed a swim at the end of both days of our stay in the fantastic pool. Fully recommend

Have stayed here twice now. Safe, gated parking for cars. Beautiful pool area. The restaurant/room service menu looked like nice options. Rooms were nice with a lovely bathroom with a spa bath. Only thing I noticed were some dirty marks on walls, im guessing left from the workers that stay here regularly.

I think the hotel is nice, but I am not sure it lives up to what is advertised.
1) Only continental breakfast seems to be available on the weekends (not specified anywhere)
2) The spa is not working (it is advertised as spa resort)

Further, we were yelled at by a staff member when we decided to sit in the spa (which had warm water in it) without turning it on. When trying to explain that “out of order” meant that we could not turn on the spa, she just kept yelling at us. If you cannot sit in the spa, maybe they should have drained the water from it.

I had a very comfortable stay at The Rydges. The staff were very friendly and helpful. . Enjoyed a spa bath after a long day walking, which was amazing. Comfy bed. Enjoyed s very filling meal in the restaurant one night and a tasty breakfast on my day off departure which I used my my reward for ad I had forgone domestic service.

Beds, well our bed, was soo soft and sagy, very disappointed. Shame there's no No Smoking/vaping signs around the pool, ruins it for everyone.
The grill isn't an option every night, this is such a shame and the coffee machine in the restaurant isn't available either. I think Rydges Kalgoorlie needs to lift their game!
Other than that I enjoyed my stay, but it has room for improvement

I've stayed at a lot of hotels for work & on holidays. This is by far one of the best overall, from friendliness & professionalism at check in, to cleanliness & nice facilities. First impressions count. They've nailed it, even with just small things like a throw over the corner of the bed to cushions & pictures around the room.
The bed was comfy. It was super quiet. A small kitchen area.
Nothing to complain about here.

First time staying here and probably will not be the last. Location is a little out of town but it's fairly quiet. The room I had was very nice and quite comfortable. The bathroom was roomy with a large shower and a spa bath (which I am disappointed I didn't get time to try). The bed was large and very comfortable. The only grip I have is that I could not for the life of me work out how to turn the TV off by the remote. I eventually ended up finding buttons behind the TV to power it off but other than that the room was great. I ate dinner at the onsite restaurant which was a little on the pricey side but the food was delicious and the service was great. Checking in and out was super easy and staff were friendly and helpful. Pool onsite looks fantastic too but it was a little on the chilly side to try that out too (maybe next time). All up an enjoyable and comfortable stay which I will be happy to do again.

Had a dinner here for my husband's birthday and was awesome as usual. Steak was cooked on point. Desserts were brilliant and customer service was on point. Definitely a great option for a fancy dinner out.
