We arrived to spend time with my sister who had been diagnosed with cancer, for Christmas! Walk into reception organise to get into our townhouse, get given keys explained breakfast is not an option and attend our home for the next 3 days! Upon opening we discover a dead spider attached to the kitchen window, cigarette butts littered our entire out door courtyard, the fan in the bathroom was black with dust, and the final topper a can of Woodstock with a half smoked cigarette on the verandah upstairs!!! I took this to management and was simply told "sorry" Over a $1000 for 3 nights, sorry isn't good enough! Want a half cleaned room stay at Quest Yelverton...
UPDATE:
So to make matters worse!!! A so called manager called me to offer to reimburse me 50% of my stay as long as I remove this review! And was informed that my sister having cancer is not their issue, as I explained neither is their father having a heartache change the condition of the room! That's what the issue is, the room! The male was not actually a manager and was acting on behalf of said manager, became rude and obnoxious, speaking over me when he didn't get his own way and when informed my husband had heard whole conversation suddenly changed attitudes!

The one bedroom suite was excellent. It had everything you will need. The staff were delightful and the location was outstanding.
Very much enjoyed the stay.

Spa didn't work, shower it was either hot or cold couldn't get the right temperature wouldn't come back, very disappointed especially it was our wedding night & was told that there was a restaurant when i asked on check in they said no

Room was very clean but tv didn't have sounds got that fixed, we had a spa & that didn't work, the shower wasn't great it was either hot or cold couldn't stay at a right temperature, we won't be back.

Good location to Main Street. Parking was free. Quite. Showing age and could be better with a modernised kitchen.

Still able to park on site. Room was clean & well maintained. Shower had good pressure.
Very popular with workers around the area.

I have never seen such a rude manager in Kalgoorlie or even in Australia. We are two girls who try to find a job. Though our available time is short, the manager just pull our resumes and said "waste time". I am soooo angry that you such a large company employ such a impolite guy as manager!?!?!?

Lived at the gala for 6 months but left due to manager lizz walking into the men's shower's while I showered. Manager lizz told my wife she went into the shower's cause she thought that some1 was in there that owned her rent money. Went & payed rent to manager Lizz cause my wife was bizzy & Lizz the manager asked me to come into her bedroom and asked for sexual favors... we then moved from the gala after that and would never go back to stay there again... feel very disgusted and dirty...
