Great Hotel with best food quality, fine bar and restaurant, exqlusive rooms, great pool... First choice for me in Fügen !
Great food, nice sauna and swimming pool, good rooms, close to a ski lift. However, the hotel has a pub on the street in a tent with loud music which ruins everything. There was loud music until 2 AM. I asked for changing rooms and they gave it to me after two days. If you are looking for a place to sleep, there's a risk that this hotel will not be it.
We ate there 2 nights in a row, the food was delicious both days, hiwever in the second day we were served by a pretty rude waiter, messed our drinks order (beer and wine) and had to argue him to get what we ordered.
Fantastic hotel! Right next to the lift, great saunas with an outdoor pool, delicious breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Really enjoyed our stay here.
Big hotel but very nice atmosphere. Big restaurant card in a'la carte. With something got everyone. Will for sure come back

Despite the bad weather, I can only recommend it. Super nice staff, new rooms are really super nice. The food was very good and plentiful. The spa center, unfortunately, is out of hours, but we explored everything. We were completely satisfied and will definitely return.
The nickname "garden hotel" is not for nothing: a cozy, spacious garden in all its glory, truly impressive. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was great - we felt very comfortable!
Great hotel, we have been going to this hotel for 3 years now and we really like it. Great rooms with great views, the garden is a dream and the food is really very good.
Best hotel we've found in AT so far. We wanted to try a different hotel this year (2021) because we told ourselves we would like to try a new hotel every year. We don't do that anymore because it's only when you don't have something that you notice what was in it. Everything just fits in this hotel. Of course, the numbers are a little outdated, but this is not a decisive factor here...
We have been coming to Gartenhotel Crystal for many years and the entire hotel is simply unique. Stunning modern rooms, a large and fantastic wellness area, delicious food and a huge garden will make your stay special. The staff are friendly and polite and the entire hotel is very clean. Just a hotel to feel good!

Hotel is pricey, but it's worth it. We had really comfortable stay, everything was perfect - rooms are spacious and well maintained, SPA area and restaurant are very good, friendly staff.

Quaint little restaurant. There seems to be only one waitress working even when things get very busy, however, backup did show up when someone showed up to take our orders. Admittedly, the wait was rather long from taking drink orders, to eventually ordering the meals (subjectively), although in all fairness it was getting busy as we showed up. It did not get better when things cleared out. Never...

Didn't have much vegeterian (2) or vegan (1!!) options on the menu. The toilet wasn't working when we checked into our room, but someone came and fixed it pretty quick. The service in general was pretty good and I enjoyed the room too.
This is a family run hotel with great attention to details. It is a bit outdated but the rooms are nice, breakfast is huge and the location is great. It is a great place to stay for few days and excellent exit point to attraction across the valley.

Hotel Sonne is an excellent Hotel to stay in providing that you are happy with no English speaking television channels and no coffee and tea making facilities. The recently refurbished rooms are excellent. The staff are very pleasant and there are beautiful surrounding areas. Fuegen is a lovely little village with a couple of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. 45 minute drive from Innsbruck.

Great for anyone who wants to relax.
Staying at Haidachhof was a dream come true. The rooms are very nicely decorated, the mountain view is unique and the food is great. The highlight of our trip was the service, which couldn't have been better. The spa with outdoor pool is an oasis of relaxation

WOW! Stayed here as an English tourist on a skiing holiday. 5 nights, half board. FANTASTIC HOTEL! Staff were so friendly, got to know everybody. The food is brilliant, you get three options everyday, always something for everyone. Good selection of drinks, and always a nice salad bar and cheese platter. Clean and proper. All the basic amenities in the room, no watercooker though. Sauna is closed early so couldn't get to using it after skiing. You can make fresh fruit juices at breakfast which is great, but then no cappuccino included with the breakfast, only normal coffee.

Pros: Overall this hotel is good in my opinion, the location is great for Zillertal adventures and you can get on the main road in no time. We didn't have problem with road noise because our room was facing the other way. The breakfast is great in my opinion, it has everything you need and they even have a fresh juice machine where you can make your own apple or carrot juice. The staff is very nice...

The hotel is nice and very close to the main road. One thing is that it's very close to some trash gathering area so sometimes the smell isn't good outside.
I had a fantastic stay here, the only problem was that I couldn't stay more than one night. With all the fantastic staff, the great and clean rooms and a balcony with an awesome staying for a week would have been super! Also a big plus for the free parking on the property.
