Great Hotel with best food quality, fine bar and restaurant, exqlusive rooms, great pool... First choice for me in Fügen !

Great food, nice sauna and swimming pool, good rooms, close to a ski lift. However, the hotel has a pub on the street in a tent with loud music which ruins everything. There was loud music until 2 AM. I asked for changing rooms and they gave it to me after two days. If you are looking for a place to sleep, there's a risk that this hotel will not be it.

We ate there 2 nights in a row, the food was delicious both days, hiwever in the second day we were served by a pretty rude waiter, messed our drinks order (beer and wine) and had to argue him to get what we ordered.

Fantastic hotel! Right next to the lift, great saunas with an outdoor pool, delicious breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Big hotel but very nice atmosphere. Big restaurant card in a'la carte. With something got everyone. Will for sure come back

Arriving tomorrow for our 4th visit to this fabulous family run hotel in Fügen. We are long time visitors 27 years + to Austria which we love dearly. We have enjoyed many fabulous hotels, the Austrians are well acknowledged as superb hosts…..supported by outstanding staff across all departments Hotel Held holds its own with all of the 5 star hotels we have visited and more than deserves its 4 star...

It is a good hotel in zillertal, very good spa, family pool, adults pool, restaurant variety is very good, dog friendly, it has free shuttle to the ski slopes, but the panorama room that we had was not renovated, it had old furniture. Amazing family atmosphere. Staff very friendly.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and look after you. The hotel is set in the beautiful Austrian Alps and is stunning. The food is amazing. Every night is different and has an outstanding selection of dishes. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The atmosphere is very relaxing and it’s one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. We’ve had a wonderful family holiday at hotel Held. Our room was an Oak family suite with two bedrooms, separate living room, shower room and separate spa bath. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Despite the bad weather, I can only recommend it. Super nice staff, new rooms are really super nice. The food was very good and plentiful. The spa center, unfortunately, is out of hours, but we explored everything. We were completely satisfied and will definitely return.

Best hotel we've found in AT so far. We wanted to try a different hotel this year (2021) because we told ourselves we would like to try a new hotel every year. We don't do that anymore because it's only when you don't have something that you notice what was in it. Everything just fits in this hotel. We have been coming to Gartenhotel Crystal for many years and the entire hotel is simply unique. Stunning modern rooms, a large and fantastic wellness area, delicious food and a huge garden will make your stay special. The staff are friendly and polite and the entire hotel is very clean. Pros: Overall this hotel is good in my opinion, the location is great for Zillertal adventures and you can get on the main road in no time. We didn't have problem with road noise because our room was facing the other way. We like restaurant. Especially waiters are cool, fast, discret. Food is good and the service is just in time. Try pizzas, they know how to prepare it :)

Nice hotel. Good spa. Basic breakfast. Not very walkable to surroundings unless you want a bit of adventure that was fine for me so it was nice.

Extremely lovely and friendly staff and relaxed environment. Clean and nice rooms. The ski bus to Hochfugen stops at the hotel and the cable car up to Spieljoch is within walking distance. Nice spa facilities and ski storage at the hotel and very family friendly hotel.

After a diverted flight (due to fog at Innsbruck) we had to endure a 6 hour transfer time. We were tired, hungry and not particularly in the best frame of mind. Second year in a row we stayed at this hotel. We loved the hotel. From start till end. The rooms are great, the food is well prepared and lots of choices and the staff is very friendly and nice. We loved our stay at KOSIS. We will certainly be back.

WOW! Stayed here as an English tourist on a skiing holiday. 5 nights, half board. FANTASTIC HOTEL! Staff were so friendly, got to know everybody. The food is brilliant, you get three options everyday, always something for everyone. Good selection of drinks, and always a nice salad bar and cheese platter. Clean and proper. All the basic amenities in the room, no watercooker though. Sauna is closed early so couldn't get to using it after skiing. You can make fresh fruit juices at breakfast which is great, but then no cappuccino included with the breakfast, only normal coffee.

We spent a week in this hotel and were really satisfied with everything. The food is great, the location very central and everyone was very nice, even during busy times. We are already planning our next vacation to this hotel!

Feeling very welcome at this aparthotel. Very modern facilities with rustic wooden appeal. Outstanding cuisine (especially the lava stone beef steaks served at any desired portion) and exquisite wine list. Adjacent bar is lively and has creative cocktails. Themed evenings during summer.

Staying at Haidachhof was a dream come true. The rooms are very nicely decorated, the mountain view is unique and the food is great. The highlight of our trip was the service, which couldn't have been better. The spa with outdoor pool is an oasis of relaxation

A house with such a great design, with great attention to detail, run by special people make the stay an exceptional experience. Here, special attention is paid to quality and you can taste it with every sip.

The hotel is nice and very close to the main road. One thing is that it's very close to some trash gathering area so sometimes the smell isn't good outside.

I had a fantastic stay here, the only problem was that I couldn't stay more than one night. With all the fantastic staff, the great and clean rooms and a balcony with an awesome staying for a week would have been super! Also a big plus for the free parking on the property.
