Sitting outside, sign says please go inside to ask for service. People having drinks outside. Asked inside to the old guy behind the bar, only to be told NO, in a quite rude way. "You will wait at least 15mins to be served", and turned his back. Nice service! So we walked to a bar 100m further away.

The SCOL is predominantly a family hotel. It is perfectly located in the heart of Fugen village and has its own ski bus stop right outside. The hotel room I had was pretty good. Clean and well appointed. However the WiFi in the hotel is awful. This review was written in the hallway outside the room because it simply didn’t work in the room. Obviously this was just my own experience and other rooms may be ok. But having to work was not possible. The food is adequate and there is a lot of it. One really lovely feature is the incisive drinks during dinner. The wellness area is a little tired but adequate too. Overall a positive experience but compared to other hotels it lacks the finesse. The receptionist Heinrich was absolutely superb and very funny. All said and done if the internet worked it’d get another star !

We spent a week in this hotel and were really satisfied with everything. The food is great, the location very central and everyone was very nice, even during busy times. We are already planning our next vacation to this hotel!

Das Personal war super, die Zimmer sauber und das Essen gut und der Skibus gleich vor der Tür, besser geht nicht. Der Pool war schön warm.

a nice cozy hotel, good rooms and decent food. wellness (14+,and nude) consists of several saunas, a Turkish steamroom, fresh air room. open from 16.00 till 19.00. Also there is a pool that is great for dipping and a short swim (12+, swimwear required, open from 07.00 till 20.00).

Perfect for your relaxed skiing experience. There's a bus stopping in front of the hotel to bring you to the slopes and it drops you off at the ski-keller. A big swimming pool with a relaxing wellness area, perfect when you come back from a hard day of skiing. The morning and evening buffet has something for everyone, with quite some vegetarian options. We didn't go here at noon, so we can't judge the 12 a clock soup.

Perfect Service... Cute room and clean. Activities are good organized and fun. Nothing to claim about. It's completely worth the money.
