One of the best apartment in kaprun. Very claen and new furniture. Washing machine available. Card for free visit of many places given with it. Mr. Matrin the owner very kind and himself smiling and looking for customers satisfaction.

We stayed as a family of five and were very happy here. Our three children had a bed each in the second room so no one had to sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge. There was a lovely spacious living room / kitchenette that made cooking and eating together very enjoyable. The supermarket in town is great with a huge selection and only a 5 minute walk away. The ski locker was fine with plenty of space...

The rooms are very comfortable, the suite was large and convenient and very clean, they have good and enough parking area, the amenities are complete and everything you need you can find as apartment, just I didn’t like their deposit policy by bank transfer despite they have all credit cards are accepted in their physical machine , so I prefer they took the deposit by credit card instead of asking...

Everything at a very good level: in the apartment, each bedroom with its own bathroom, a large room with a fully equipped kitchenette, including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. A great apart hotel. Spacious rooms, equipped kitchen. Super friendly staff who are eager to please. Every request answered positively and immediately. They even washed our dishes (sorry about that and thanks) Highly recommended

Really nice place to stay. I'm suprised and our kids too. It's clean, versatile and well equiped. I need to recomend.
