Comfortable hotel with modern rooms. Connected by underground walkway to the thermal SPA Therme Wasser-und Saunawelt. Guests of the hotel can use it free of charge.
Built: 2010
Location: 1 km from Kaprun's centre (in front of the entrance to the village), 5 km from the airport. The ski bus stop near the hotel, to the ski lift to the glacier is 5 km, to the ski lift Maiskogel about 1 km.
Consists of one 4-storey building.
The hotel has 160 rooms.

Meals: welcome drink, Breakfast buffet (until 11:00), afternoon snack apres-ski, dinner with choice of menu, appetizer table, salad bar and dessert buffet; themed buffets. - sauna area: two pools – indoor and outdoor total area of 230 m2, 10 different saunas and steam rooms (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, herbal sauna, smoke sauna, an aroma steam room, salt steam room, laconium, etc.), ice fountain, various showers, relaxation room, 2 Finnish saunas and terrace with Kneipp paths outdoors
- 5 restaurants, a fitness center, 17 classrooms for a variety of health and beauty treatments
- the pools and sauna are open from 07:00 to 23:00 on Friday until 24:00
- Mandatory resort fee - 1.15 euros per person per day (children up to 12 years do not pay). Payment on the spot.
- Supplement for mountain view - 6 Euro per person per day.
