I’m absolutely horrified by the experience I had with Apartment Roggal. I made a reservation and, due to unavoidable circumstances, had to cancel it well in advance. Despite following their cancellation process properly, they refused to refund my money — a shocking €21,700!
This is outright theft. We didn’t stay a single night, didn’t use a single service, and yet they are holding on to our money with zero justification or compassion. Every attempt to reach out has been met with cold, dismissive replies or complete silence.
How a place can operate like this and still be listed is beyond me. This isn’t just bad customer service — it’s predatory. If you value your money and your peace of mind, stay far away from Apartment Roggal. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
