I felt the hotel as a whole was absolutely fantastic. The welcoming and service by the staff was efficient and professional. Checking in online is the way to go! The Loewen hotel is quite simply the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in. Everything about it is first class, from the welcoming staff to the amazing food and beautiful rooms. Whilst it is clearly a five star set up, there is nothing snooty about it. I’m looking forward to returning here very soon.

Charging point in the garage was not working. At the reception there was no information passed on to us about the lockers at the skilift and that there was a second parking garage that has more electric charging points.

Just completed another (our 3rd) perfect stay at the Burg Vital. The property is beautiful, the food is 10/10, the staff and team are wonderful, the bar is always relaxing, the location cannot be beat, and everything is convenient. This has become a special place and visit for our family.
