Such a bad experience! I felt unwelcome,they treated me so badly just because I'm Arab lady and I don't speak German.which is of course racism against me .
The other guests were in between 60 and 80 years,and they were so gentle and respectful . The meals were so simple , taken into account that we stayed there in the Christmas week,when you expect something special, The worst thing came at the end: The landlady wanted us to delete the poor rating,she wanted a good rating with a bad treatment...On top, even though we informed the waiters that we take our dinner outside the last day, we found them on the bill, 😤 strongly not recommended

The hotel and staff are wonderful. Dinner at the hotel is a must. Tonight was an amazing 4 course Austrian meal.
Really nice hotel. Very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful area surrounding the hotel with lots of trekking possibility. Hope to back soon. Ciao from Roma.
After our B&B fell through, we wandered into this hotel and were greeted by the staff and treated like family. The fixed price dinner was a great surprise and breakfast was wonderful. The rooms are not fancy, but large, clean and comfortable. The price was also surprisingly reasonable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this picturesque village.
