Great little hotel with a lovely restaurant

There was a small kitchen so I could cook simple meals, and there was a restaurant in the hotel so it seemed like I could have dinner there too.

Nice convenient place, great for hiking Nice place, very close to Leutascher Geisterklamm and Mittenwald. Excellent view, convenient parking. Large room (for family with 2 children). Note - room was on second floor with no elevator, but it was still fine and close to the parking.

The rooms and prices are fair, the dinner was pleasant with decent options and nice atmosphere and the breakfast had many options and fresh food. It was an okay hotel. It is very close to hintertux ski area and you can travel by bus from the hotel to the ski area. The rooms were doable, but not of really good quality. Some things were broken. Hotel in a wonderful position with the possibility of walking and very close to the start of the glacier lifts. polite and friendly staff, always available for any request. The room was very nice, warm, cosy, and homely. Everything you could ask for from a hotel. Beds are super soft, perfect for after a long days ski. There is a nice room to heat your boots and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever seen. Dinner was less impressive, but it's easy enough to get to hintertux and eat there.

We stayed here 23 Feb through 28 Feb 2026 and I could not be any happier with our lodgings. The room was well appointed, bed comfortable and the bathroom modern. The entire facility is spotless. Breakfast was far beyond adequate. Varieties of cooked eggs, plenty of meat and cheese choices, granola, fresh fruit, yogurt and pastries. We had a large room with bath 🛀 in this family run, beautiful, historical hotel 🏨 in the very center of Kitzbühel. Walking distance, great service and nice family running it. Unfortunately the breakfast 🍳 was disappointing which is important for skiers. ⛷️ Otherwise we would have given full points.

We were here for dinner only with 7 persons, good quality food, tasty, good quantities, excellent presentation, layout, and cutleries. Food and Drinks are at decent prices. The classic dishes are based on schnitzel, good portion served, excellent meet. I just regret that veggies/salad are not served by default with the meet aside of the excellent potatoes (only carbs).

Great family business, very warm with a lot of know-how about the hiking area, including Michael himself who also makes tours. So great. The accommodation is also great, 90 degrees and steam sauna after hiking is just the thing. Breakfast is also good enough to start the day nutritiously.

A charming, small guesthouse with beautifully designed rooms, comfortable beds, a rich breakfast, a small, fine wellness area, and extremely friendly and warm hosts. We stayed at Pension Alpenrose with a group of friends. We had a fantastic time. Adrian and Tanja are incredibly hospitable and were always ready to help us. The guesthouse is just a few minutes' walk from the town center and the ski lift. Highly recommended!

Kitzbühel made a bit better by staying in Alpenrose:) Best part is Adrian and Tanja being the best hosts ever. Would come back there for sure. Plus: comfy bed, very good shower, walking distance to anything, and awesome breakfast.

Incredible stay here. Adrian and his wife are so welcoming and their little hotel is in the perfect spot, just a short walk away from everywhere you’d want to go. We thought it was perfect for our week skiing in Kitzbühel!

Had a great stay at Pension Suzanne. Very friendly and clean. Its just a 2 minute walk to the bus station, but we even preferred to just walk down to the centre. Cosy place!

Very nice staff, large rooms and very good breakfast. Tip since it is a 10 min walk to a lift, so buy to rent ski storage when you rent skis at the lift, it is cheap and very easy!

Nice hotel with very helpful crew! I've been there around 5 days and my stay was very pleasant, breakfasts were very taste and I've got room with beautiful view on the mountains. Hotel is very quiet, calm and clean.

Overall a comfortable hotel nearby the bus stop reaching Innsbruck in about 15 minutes. The family room was spacious, the beds confortable as well as the linens. The staff extremely cordial and constantly available for any query. The breakfast not extremely big but complete and pleasant with the addition of eggs made on the spot.

The hotel is retro but very charming, and it was entertaining to think about the impression it made on guests at the time it was built. Highly recommended!!! I cannot rave enough about this place. A hidden gem. Basically it is accessible by car but also by public transportation. Great location and size. We are family of 6 - 2 x adults, 4 x kids aged 8 to 13. Bus to Stubai Glacier within 50 to 100m. Ski Rental next door convenient and friendly service. Plenty of space for everyone.

Matthias has hosted our ski team two years in a row now, they are incredibly accommodating and serve a great breakfast at a time that we need to get to the glacier. We look forward to coming back next October!

Excellent Great location in a lovely village. Karin the owner is lovely & was very helpful in finding us a nice place for dinner. There was a small but lovely area for friends traveling together to sit & play cards & there was a fridge where you can buy a beer, wine or soft drinks & pay by the Honesty Box. If you want a skiing trip on a budget, then you can't go wrong with this place. Staff were great, rooms were clean and basic. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Only a short walk to town and not far from the slopes for a nice warm up walk or catch the bus just down the road. Only negative is the water pressure in the shower. Would definitely return.
