This place can be one of the best relaxing experiences in Winter. All in all a good spa, hefty pricing with 82 Euros for one day (sauna and swimming pool). If you buy the Day Spa package, be aware that the tea, water and sunbeds are only available in the swimming pool area on the 2nd floor. It’s quite a walk from the sauna area so no use there - especially given that tea and water are the most relevant in the sauna.

The location of the hotel is very close to Solden ski resort and thermal bath and saunas are very good specially infusion sessions in sauna. It helps you to prepare for next ski day and relax your body. Be aware it is free textile sauna. The hotel provides 2 more floors only for hotel guests, if you need more private sauna and jacuzzi. Location is superb, just across the regional train station. Hotel is very basic in amenities, no flask in room, need to boil and get hot water at reception. Tea sachet is available at reception. Room is ok in size but not good for winter/cold weather as there is no separate heater in the bathroom.  Ok if you just stay for 1 night and move on.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Trofana Royal - our favourite hotel in the Austrian Alps! The rooms, facilities and restaurant are all excellent - really hard to find any fault at all. We had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Zentral. We were there to ski and watch the Hahnenkamm. Getting back and forth to Kitzbuhle was very easy on the train. The staff was excellent. We had a great time at Alpenhotel Kaiserfels. The staff is very friendly, the hotel has great location just next to the lift, the rooms are spacious and clean and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The pool is also quite larger and there's activities for the kids such as foosball and a kids room.
