This is our second time here over New Year and we love it. Great family run hotel, wonderful breakfast, restaurant and pool/spa area. We love the homely feel of the hotel - staff are very friendly and accommodating helping with booking taxis etc.

Stayed here for our Christmas skiing break, had a fab time. Hotel very clean and comfortable, staff excellent and attentive in every department from the reception, bars, restaurant and room staff. Spa area was lovely with nice robes and towels. We couldn’t fault the place.

Cannot believe the lowish Tripadvisor rating as we love this place. We ski all over Europe and we really like this hotel. Good rooms, superb breakfast, friendly staff. Good spa area and swimming pool too. What’s not to like? Central location in Hinterglemm. Very Austrian establishment ( a plus in our eyes ).

Cute Hotel with brand new and really spacious rooms. Really nice selection at breakfast and the food at Fuhrmannstube was amazing. Slopes are right around the corner with lots of options around and the hosts are super nice and attentive. It truly feels like home away from home.

Very pleasant family hotel right amids of the pitoresque Alpine nature with many beautiful views. Hotel is run by a really friendly and kind family. Food is fresh and of very good quality, stuff is nice! Biotop is a bless. We will come again :) Tip 1: There is plenty to do for kids of all ages in the area. Tip 2: Try archery parkour that hotel provides. It is a lot of fun!

Perfekte Lage am Berg mit Direkteinstieg in das Skigebiet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam und authentisch. Auch das Personal war durch die Bank sehr zuvorkommend. Wenn man abseits des Trubels urlauben möchte, gibt es nichts Besseres!!!

The service was okay but the food wasn't. The grilled veggies I ordered were soaked in oil which was a disappointed. The location is fine.

Nice food, expensive. Only cash.
