Every year we book similar 5-star hotels for our winter sports trips, so we may be a bit spoiled. The hotel itself and the location are perfect, but compared to other hotels with the same number of stars there is still some room for improvement. A great hotel for families and adults alike. Summer is a beautiful time here, so much to do, beautiful nature.. and the hotel is very cozy, with warm atmosphere, it feels like home.. rooms are beautiful, and the food is delicious!! This is without doubt, the most stylish, cool hotel I have ever stayed at. We arrived late and they could not have been more professional and accommodating. It is not at all flash or aimed at the Gucci/Rolex brigade, but if you want style and quality this place is faultless. They undersell themselves which sums the place up. Uber cool. However we were are room 221 which is directly over the laundry which they were running from 6am so difficult to have a lie in from this time. We had a superb stay here in February half term. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable with a mountain view at the rear of the building. We thoroughly enjoyed the good food on offer at both dinner and breakfast. The ski room featured plenty of boot heaters and was easy to access. The hotel ran a minibus to either of the main lift areas which was quick and efficient.

We had a wonderfull stay at Barbarahof. The food is excellent, the service is really top, very friendly (especially Ivo !) We come back here for many years alreay for the food en the service! Just back from a week's skiing with my daughter in Saalbach-Hinterglemm. Hotel Barbarahof was delightful - lovely cosy-but-large room, with exceptionally comfy beds. Everything was very clean. We had a wonderful week at the VAYA Post. Beautiful well appointed room with a Mountain View, such friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed half board and breakfast and dinner were yummy. Only room for improvement were our pillows that weren’t that comfortable but this is a minor point in what was otherwise a flawless stay.

Couldn’t fault the hotel, even better in real life than the photos. Very clean modern rooms and friendly staff. We went half board, breakfast and dinner was excellent, and the location was great, central to town and just a 1 min walk to the Cable car.

We had great holidays. Hotel and stuff was great and we would like to visit this place again. The town and bike infrastructure was awesome. We'll come here again!

Stayed at the hotel am Reiterkoge for a couple of days with some friends. We had a great service and very accommodating. Modern yet traditional in many ways. Food very good and I would stay there again in the future as it's also a great location. Thank you to the owners as they were around most times for looking out for us. Even gave our friend a toothbrush as he forgot to pack one. See you soon.

We stayed for 10 days at this very nice hotel, where the staff aswell as the owners, were very accommodating, always with a smile, and very attentive to give a personal feeling. The kitchen is "spitzenklasse"......we never wanted to eat anywhere else, it is extremely good! We will be back :-)

We traveled to edelweiss with our 7months old daughter and we loved it. It was her first journey abroad. The stuff was helpful and creating warm and friendly atmosphere. Hotel seems to be new (or recently renovated) and provides the boutique hotel vibes for the most demanding. Ski lift near the hotel is another great plus. The pool on the last floor has perfect view and lots of space for intimate rest...

Our 12th holiday at the Edelweiss which is in a superb location, has a modern yet traditional Alpine feel, comfortable and well appointed rooms, a lovely pool and spa, great food and excellent service from the staff. Our only bugbear, being fans of good music, is the background music, which often consists of excruciating cover versions, however this is a minor point, we will be back!

Edelweiss rooms are spacious and comfortable with plenty of space for your clothes, which is very helpful when you have all that skiing kit. The pool area is excellent with a nice sauna and a massage room next door but this is enhanced by the basement nature area which has a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, relaxing room and is always clean. You dont have to go Au Naturale but you are certainly allowed...

Great place with great food. I was skiing Saalbach this year - hotel and its location is perfect. If you want to spend nice holiday, you can chose this hotel. There is a lot of slopes for skiing in the winter, during the summer for hiking🙂❄️🏔️🔝 100% satisfaction🙂

My one moan is that the hotel advertises itself as ski in ski out. It isn't. The walk to the lift is short, only 5 minutes but a pain on the way home as it is uphill. And you need to navigate to the bottom of the kohlmais lift at the end of the day as otherwise it's a 15 minute walk from the other lifts. There doesn't seem to be a ski bus in the town. The hotel does offer a limited shuttle service...

We were a large group of friends ages from 16 to 63 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were amazing at all times and enhanced our stay. We hope to return next year and would recommend Eva Garden to everybody.

The Alpine Palace Wolf is modern and traditional hotel, the spa attached to the hotel is good but I was disappointed again this year as the water in the outdoor jacuzzi and swimming pool were not hot. It's a lovely place to stay and the staff are very well trained and always polite.

We went cycling and hiking with the family. We were very satisfied with everything. The staff is very kind and helpful. Every part of the hotel is clean, sophisticated and cozy. The wellness area is also fantastic. The location is also perfect, in a quiet and peaceful place, with a beautiful view, in the immediate vicinity of two lifts.

I was in hotel mulk with a big group! The food was good, the sauna is amazing and the rooms are perfect. I truly recommend this hotel Its a 900m walk to the ski lift, but if you prefer a bus you can catch it close to the hotel.

A truly fantastic stay because of fun and friendly staff with modern amenities. The breakfast was also great and the rooms nice for a comfy sleep. Only thing to be aware of is that it's a 15 minute walk to the piste, but they have busses that stop outside to the main station.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel in March 2026. The staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little dated but it has a homely, comfortable atmosphere. Stayed here for our Christmas skiing break, had a fab time. Hotel very clean and comfortable, staff excellent and attentive in every department from the reception, bars, restaurant and room staff. Spa area was lovely with nice robes and towels. We couldn’t fault the place.

Cannot believe the lowish Tripadvisor rating as we love this place. We ski all over Europe and we really like this hotel. Good rooms, superb breakfast, friendly staff. Good spa area and swimming pool too. What’s not to like? Central location in Hinterglemm. Very Austrian establishment ( a plus in our eyes ).

Cute Hotel with brand new and really spacious rooms. Really nice selection at breakfast and the food at Fuhrmannstube was amazing. Slopes are right around the corner with lots of options around and the hosts are super nice and attentive. It truly feels like home away from home.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and will surely come back. Either you are travelling with friends or family, this hotel offers you the whole package. Great hotel. The best location for skiers - very close to the Bernkogel and the Kohlmais lifts. Very nuce and comfortable room. The spa area is large, varied and luxurious. Good service from all the staff. Highly recommended.

We have been to many hotels in many countries... but Das Neuhaus is up there with the best of the best. Located in the middle of the pedestrian area, the rooms are large with a beautiful view, super clean, fancy showers in a spacious bathroom. Toilet in separate area is rare these days.
