PETE - Alpine Boutique Hotel in St. Anton

Great staff, very modern and comfortable. Perfect location to major ski lifts and the breakfast was second to none. If I'm back in the area I will be here again.

The location was perfect they asked us if we wanted them to offer us a selection of bread every morning they also asked if we needed room cleaning we booked the 3 rooms apartment which had 2 saunas 2 rooms had king size bed and 1 room was twin bed the apartment was big with a kitchen seating area with a large TV and a very high quality internet I enjoyed my stay there so much with my family.

Usually, I like to think that I'm a guest hotel owners would like to host... but this time, luck was not on our side. We were demanding guests, but Helmut helped us with every problem we encountered, and, in addition to be the perfect host at a wonderful hotel, also acted like a friend!

Firstly, traffic was much smoother than we had expected, so we arrived at 10.30am, and Helmut led us to our room immediately, because he said there was no point in it staying empty. Wonderful - we could get changed and start skiing right away! The following day, we had no idea where to go for fondue, and when we bumped into Helmut in the Spanish tapas bar next door, he and his friends helped us to find a great fondue restaurant in St Anton. The next day, he called us on the phone because the alarm on my boyfriend's car had been set off (the alarm was broken before we arrived and was misbehaving). Unfortunately, that emptied the weak battery, so Helmut set up a charging connection for the battery to be brought back to life in the hotel's parking lot. It was snowing like crazy, but he was out in the cold for us, getting it done. When that proved to not be enough, on the final day he took out his cables and helped us to jump start the car... and, on top of that, let us shower again, even though we had already checked out and we'd had a full day of skiing (but the new guests still hadn't arrived). This isn't just service - it's actually how a good friend would behave, and that is, all in all, how I would describe our experiences at Laerchenhof in St Anton.

That said, the hotel experience was also perfect. The breakfasts were delicious (fresh fruit, nice cheeses, delicious bread, pastries and muesli); everything was perfectly clean; the ski room was exactly what you need; and the location is perfect - right downtown, whilst still being quiet, and close to the lifts (5 minute walk). It's also a beautiful building, and our room had a balcony.

I can only recommend Laerchenhof and will definitely return! Thank you for our wonderful stay! Vielen Dank, wir kommen sicher zurück!
