Raffl's Tyrol Hotel in St. Anton

WOW! This was an absolutely phenomenal experience. The staff was exceptional and made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Thank you especially to Marlene, Kostas, Vieko, Isabella, Aggy, and everyone who I am missing who made this such an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are well equipped with great views. Housekeeping was top notch and they cleaned several times throughout the day. Food was incredible!! We ate breakfast and dinner on site every day and we were so impressed by the variety and quality. Access to ski resort was super easy and staff was always available and accommodating for giving us rides. I cannot think of anything that would have improved this stay and I hope to be back someday.

We had a lovely experience at the Tyrol, from the time we checked in until we left. It's a true family-run hotel, and the people behind the desk treated every request as if we were their friends, as well as their customers. It's a charming facility - not at all cookie-cutter - and the level of service is extremely high. Breakfasts were great every day, dinner at Eat Art was wonderful, and access to the slopes is quite easy.

We had THE best time staying here between Christmas and New Years. Not only is the hotel conveniently located it has a great vibe to it and furnished really interestingly everywhere. The rooms are super comfortable with quirky touches which makes it feel original. The spa area is a must for any visitor. The food is surprisingly unbelievably brilliant and has multiple restaurants - we were expecting to eat out occasionally but we didnt bother. The wines are to die for (albeit a bit expensive). However it was the staff that made it for us: they were always smiley friendly helpful and I think our daughters felt like they could be friends with them and go for a drink after work. Overall a great vacation and we look forward to coming back. Thank you

Truly the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in whilst skiing, and possibly any time. The only downside for me is that the beds were a little hard. That’s perfect for my wife but less so for me. But that’s a me thing. Everything beyond that was faultless and consistently so. So many places claim to be family run, but here I can believe it. The staff were amazing from start to finish. Every single person. Caring, excellent service with genuine warmth. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. As a single example: the team of drivers for the transfer shuttles were available within a couple of minutes *every time* we asked for one, if not already waiting by the door just in case. The rooms are new, spotless, have excellent storage space for your myriad skiing things, an apparently infinite supply of fresh towels and novel but plentiful refilled toiletries. It’s ruined me for staying anywhere else.

We stayed here just after New Year, with 4 teenagers. The staff, particularly on the front desk, were excellent, the perfect mix of professional, efficient and very welcoming. The hotel has funky decor, but also decent facilities. A short drive to the slopes, or a pleasant 10 minute stroll. Will definitely return.

What a great place. Super helpful and friendly staff with quiet comfortable rooms. Hotel partners with a ski hire store next to the lift so that makes life nice and easy, they also sorted all the ski passes which makes for an easy start to the trip. Went with my teenage daughter and for a short ski trip this works perfectly as it’s short distance from airport and luxury accommodation only a 10 min distance from the slopes walking 5 min in a car. Breakfast caters for everyone and it’s nice and calm which you want before heading off to the slopes for the day. Doesn’t have a ski boot room but given you can do all that at the ski hire place for free it doesn’t matter. Hotel concierge will run you into town whenever you want but we walked as it was good to get the fresh air after dinner. A must too if you want first class ski experience.

Just returned from a week at Raffls.
Hotel is excellent. Rooms are fantastic, I was lucky enough to spend my time in one of the suites on the top floor. They have everything you need in there and more!
The staff are lovely and very attentive, nothing is too much trouble.
The food is also excellent. Very fresh and lots of variety away from what you would normally find in a ski hotel.
Added bonuses such as the games room downstairs and sauna we're a treat too.

Drinks a little pricey, but that's St Anton for you!

Definitely recommend!

The hotel is located right outside the main Dorfstrasse which is prefect. A short walk to the action but far enough away to be able to sleep at night without the noise of all the bars and clubs.

The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained. There is a game room for endless entertainment for both kids and adults. The swimming pool is large beautifully designed.

There are four restaurants on premise. The "halb pension" (included) dinner restaurant is a fine dining experience with a 5 course menu that changes every night. The other paid for options are a fondue/raclette restaurant, a sushi restaurant, and a bar with a bar menu. All outlets exceed expectations.

Lastly the staff is incredible and eager to make your tip a memorable one. You are always greeted with a smile and by name. My children (5 and 7) got the royal treatment and got to make new friends in the game room. They did not want to leave.

If i could give this rating an extra star I would. We will be back on our next trip to St. Anton. Thank you to the whole Raffl team for the wonderful stay at your hotel.

We went there with a group of friends after a rich lunch and ditto apres ski. That's not the best way to experience this over the top place. Didn't even remember the gold on the Tomahawk. It was our most expensive dining experience that week, yet not my favorite. The ambiance in the largest salon with the high tops is not very intimate. Courses were all very well prepared.
