Please listen to the bad reviews, this place was terrible. The included breakfast was non existent - the restaurant was dark with no staff at the time indicated for breakfast. We had to find a fuse switch to turn on the lights in the indoor swimming pool - the sauna was not on, no towels, a dangerous looking building site lurking next to the pool. The room itself has a hole in the ceiling with a pile of dust underneath, the fridge was unbelievable - we opened it and the stench was so bad, it hadn't been opened or cleaned for a very long time!! We didn't have enough towels in the room, the bathroom smelt. It just seemed they were not prepared or ready to receive guests.

No words needed, it was TERRIBLE, the rooms were shit, the service was slower than snail, and the WIFI was so slow and weak that I had to go down to the reception to download videos so that I could watch them in my room, also the bathroom was so unsanitary that I couldn't even take a proper shower.

Nice place and good sea view , people's are the friendly and generous in Lankaran.I didn't like room cleaning and service. Foods is ok but chicken and eggs is not from village as they said.Overall it is below my expectations.Price is affordable.
