The driver that the hotel arranged us threatened to leave us in one of the remote villages in the area if we did not pay him double then what we agreed at the hotel.
unfortunately the receptionists did not intervene to help us and did not take responsibility for the unfortunate case. It ruined our stay and worse then that it ruined our trust in the locals.

The rooms are nice and a good size. The decor was good too. The family room was separated into two parts which was convenient. Breakfast was good too. I particularly liked the different types of honey they offered. However there were only boiled eggs and no omelette unless we had missed that by arriving a little later for breakfast. Staff don't speak English so communication is difficult. The air conditioning kept going off in our room and staff had to sort it. Water in the shower didn't go down quickly enough if you used a lot of water and internet connection wasn't the best. There was the cutest kitten in the hotel grounds which added to our stay!

AC does not work, tv does not work, Internet does not work, refrigerator does not work, event flush in toilet does not work. Swimming pool additionally paid (15 manat per hour, no discount for children). I do not recommend.
