Just the ok hotel. The staff doesn't understand English much. For one night it was good . Huge property. Food is just ok But pricing is good For kids activities we were asked to pay . That was weird.

The room was quite old, and while the service was impeccable, the breakfast excellent, and the view truly stunning, there were several aspects that detracted from the overall experience. Both the room and the bathroom felt very dated, with noticeable wear that could benefit from refurbishment. The air conditioning was automatic and provided the same temperature in every room, which made it difficult to adjust to personal comfort preferences. In addition to the accommodations, the gym left much to be desired. The gym material was in poor condition, and it was clear that many clients did not put the equipment back after use. Some guests also failed to respect the equipment, leaving it scattered or mishandled. It would be highly recommended for the hotel to address this issue by including clear rules in the gym policy, reminding clients to handle the materials properly and return them after use. Implementing these rules would greatly improve the fitness experience for all guests. Overall, while the hotel provided excellent service and beautiful views, improvements in the room’s condition, the air conditioning system, and the gym management would significantly enhance the quality of the stay.

The hotel is good, the rooms are amazing, but the breakfasts are completely worthless and the restaurant is bad, almost all the food is not tasty and poorly prepared.
