Overall, the hotel is a C-grade.
If you're booking a hotel for treatment, it's fine, but if you're also looking for relaxation, this is a complete waste of time.
There's absolutely no leisure activity: you won't find a disco or pool here, nor are there any decent cafes or bars.
The food is mediocre.
The staff is focused on extracting money from your pockets. Some doctors push paid services that are cheaper at home. Due to rampant poverty (due to management's greed, they earn 50 manat a month—2,000 rubles), junior medical staff are forced to hint that you need to pay them. Personally, towards the end of my treatment, the bath attendant poured less oil into my bath and deliberately scraped the oil off my body with a scraper, forcefully (a very unpleasant sensation). Afterward, he said, "Pay me and everything will be fine."
The food is something else: - There are only three soups: pea soup, rice soup, and something called borscht (see photo). The dishes are incredibly fatty!
Especially for women - If you're on a diet, then goodbye to your diet and your figure. The fruit is all unripe.
Overall, the rooms are clean and the grounds are tidy.
Most of the service staff speak very little Russian, and some don't even speak it at all.
We had problems with the air conditioning – it was incredibly cold and loud, making it difficult to sleep.
The town of Naftalan itself is nothing special, with trash everywhere and a complete lack of any entertainment venues or attractions.
If you're used to the service of Egypt, Turkey, Tpiland, Greece, etc., you'll be very disappointed. It's better to spend more money and stay at a different hotel. For example, in Chinar, Karabakh, or Gasatla. I think the service there is up to par.
But if you're used to the service of the former USSR, I think you'll be quite fine.

By the way, there are huge problems with the water – you can't drink the tap water; it's bitter. The water in the dispensers is cloudy, most likely due to high water hardness (scale buildup), so I don't recommend drinking it either. It's easier to go into town and buy regular bottled water.
There's Wi-Fi, but it's very poor quality and not available everywhere.
