Clean room, delicious meals, kind and friendly personal, big fitness and spa center, good intertainment every evening. We had excellent holiday. The Entertainment Center is near the main building. Every night there's live music till 23:00. You can enjoy bowling and game zone. Extremely comfortable and clean rooms, friendly staff, physiotherapy and massage areas, swimming pool and most importantly delicious food will add color to your rest. I will come again, in fact it is a very nice place to spend time with my friends. I was very pleased with the service of the hotel.

We stayed for 12 days, everything was great, the food was healthy, filling, and delicious, and there was always a choice of two dishes. The treatments were good, with plenty of treatments. A very decent sanatorium in the town of Naftalan with reasonable prices. The doctors are professional, and we were greeted very warmly at reception and accommodated quickly. The accommodations are in need of some cosmetic renovation, but the most important thing is the staff's attitude. The food in the cafeteria is delicious.

Overall, the hotel is a C-grade. If you're booking a hotel for treatment, it's fine, but if you're also looking for relaxation, this is a complete waste of time. The sanatorium is primarily for intensive treatment. Its two main areas are joint and skin diseases. Consequently, there's not much entertainment after dinner. There's a cafe and a gym. I've stayed at the Chinar Hotel more than 10 times, and I've never had any desire to change for another one in Naftalan. In my opinion, nowhere else has such spacious marble halls and a reception area staffed by friendly young people who will check you into your room in 5-10 minutes and help with any questions. I really enjoyed the Chinar sanatorium; everything was as advertised. The rooms and offices were clean, and the medical staff was professional, efficient, and caring. I'll definitely return to Chinar next year.

The service and staff are great. The employees are very friendly and helpful. They support everything. There are many food options, this is the hotel with the best menu in the area. The rooms and cleanliness are also excellent. The only thing I don't like is that there is very little social activity for the 20-40 age group.

Is a place beyond expectation, the room is luxurious and spacious, the services is superb - despite’s not fluent in English everyone super nice and trying their best to help, the meal is traditional food so-so. Spa and the Naftalan oil bath are highlights!

Three meals are included. The quality of the meals is good. The room size is acceptable. The highlight is that the bathroom has a heated clothes drying area. The environment of the hotel park is also good. The disadvantage is that the location is relatively remote. Check-out at 12 noon cannot be extended.

Not to mention the hotel, the hotel has been beautifully refurbished. In fact, this is a hotel and sanatorium. I came for treatment. BUT Naftalan is the only hotel that has an outdoor pool. The staff are always smiling. Thanks for the great care.

I am in this hotel now, everything is of a high standard, most of the food is super. The cleanliness of the rooms is out of the question. Service at a high level. I did not believe that there would be such a hotel in Azerbaijan. BUT I would give this hotel 500,000 stars, not 5 stars. Dear hotel staff, thank you very much for everything.

An excellent SPA hotel in Naftalan. We had a nice, comfortable and large family room with the view of the Hotel Park. The food (full board) was perfect, big choice of buffet food and drinks. Everything just seemed to work together. The room rate includes all meals which is nice. The town of Naflatan is small, charming, with an amazing amount of kids running around having fun. Thoroughly enjoyable. Another interesting fact is it's about a 30 minute drive to the "liberated territories".
