I'm grateful for the organization and efficient work of the medical staff: the professionalism of the attending physician, the attentiveness and friendliness of the nurses, the young woman at the medical reception desk, thanks to whom there's practically no line, and many, many others

Everything is spotlessly clean, and as they say, "it's all in the details" – fresh flowers on the countertops in the restrooms. The restaurant staff gets 5 stars; everything is well-maintained and delicious

Here the staff really performs the function of transferring treatment services to guests - there is almost everything: naphthalan, dorsanvalization, ultrasound, wave therapy, laser and amplipulse, magnetotherapy here

I've stayed at the Chinar Hotel more than 10 times, and I've never had any desire to change for another one in Naftalan

In my opinion, nowhere else has such spacious marble halls and a reception area staffed by friendly young people who will check you into your room in 5-10 minutes and help with any questions

You are practically immersed in well-heated naphthalan, the time is measured, and at the end you are not even need to clean your skin yourself - here the staff scrapes off the remains of naphthalan, carefully but gently wipes you with soft paper towels and soaps your body several times with a new washcloth until the skin becomes absolutely clean

The menu is extensive, rich and of a high quality. The temperature of hot dishes could have been higher though. Rooms are large enough with great view on green garden and mountains

Everything was just super and great. The work of the staff of the sanatorium, restaurant and medical department was at the highest level. Hospitality, friendliness, responsiveness, professionalism

All staff is very friendly, ready to help. Check in wasn't smooth but eventually worked well. Special thanks to room cleaning and catering for their hard work and very kind treatment

Huge green park with professionally designed landscape, playground and open pool makes the facility truly outstanding amongst others

Is a place beyond expectation, the room is luxurious and spacious, the services is superb - despite’s not fluent in English everyone super nice and trying their best to help, the meal is traditional food so-so

Not to mention the hotel, the hotel has been beautifully refurbished. In fact, this is a hotel and sanatorium. BUT Naftalan is the only hotel that has an outdoor pool

I am in this hotel now, everything is of a high standard, most of the food is super. The cleanliness of the rooms is out of the question. I did not believe that there would be such a hotel in Azerbaijan

The hotel is very nice. Meals, Care, Bedrooms, especially leading

The SPA on -2 floor is convenient and offers a pool and saunas. Kids also liked the outdoor pool. Of course the main reason to come is to enjoy the Naftalan bath

This offered in the medical floor -1 and is very well organized. The bath is pleasant and interesting. We booked our stay directly on the hotel site and had a package with full board, Spa and Naftalan bath and Parafin

An excellent SPA hotel in Naftalan. We had a nice, comfortable and large family room with the view of the Hotel Park. The food (full board) was perfect, big choice of buffet food and drinks

Everything just seemed to work together. The room rate includes all meals which is nice. The town of Naflatan is small, charming, with an amazing amount of kids running around having fun

Another interesting fact is it's about a 30 minute drive to the "liberated territories"

The main restaurant is always top-notch—the variety of dishes is surprising and delightful: always fresh fruit, a variety of drinks, fish, fried and steamed vegetables, grilled food, and plenty of side dishes to choose from

Dinner always surprised me with the beauty and elegance of the dishes. The entire staff is friendly, and you feel comfortable and relaxed. I really like this hotel, and I will definitely come back next year

Hello everyone! This is my 9th time in Azerbaijan, and this is my first time at this hotel. Upon entering, you feel warmth, hospitality, and comfort. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and attentive

The dessert table is always abundant: Azerbaijani sweets and lots of pastries. And everything is beautifully presented. Breakfast always has plenty of pastries, fruit, yogurt, jam, and much more

The place where we rested in the summer of 2022. Everything was at a high level. We plan to spend our next summers there. We hope that the service will maintain its previous quality.

I enjoyed the pool and fitness center in particular, which I used every day for my workouts. The staff is of the utmost help and accomodated our every request

There are numerous amenities, including a fitness center, pool, playground for children, basketball, volleyball and soccer fields

The naftalan baths were a very interesting experience and definitely worth the trip. We could almost-instantly feel the health benefits of this one-of-a-kind treatment that is only available in Naftalan, Azerbaijan

Clean room, delicious meals, kind and friendly personal, big fitness and spa center, good intertainment every evening. The Entertainment Center is near the main building. Every night there's live music till 23:00

I visited from Canada with my Mom, and we both had an amazing experience at the Gashalti Health Hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful in architecture and sparkles with marble trim and detail

We took ozone therapy and biomassage additionally. Very clean, both in the rooms and buildings, and around the buildings. The medical staff is very polite. They speak Russian at the reception

The sanatorium is located in a quiet place, there are many other sanatoriums nearby. But this is a small sanatorium, so it wins in comparison with the huge buildings of its neighbors
