We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel as part of a group trip organised by our travel company. The natural surroundings are absolutely stunning – peaceful landscapes, fresh air, and beautiful views that made our stay truly relaxing and memorable.

We would especially like to thank the staff member who was on duty early in the morning at 7:00 am and kindly allowed us to check in ahead of schedule. His helpful and professional manner made an excellent first impression and set a positive tone for the rest of our stay.

That said, we feel there is some room for improvement regarding the service provided by the café staff and housekeeping. Greater attentiveness to guests’ needs and a more welcoming attitude would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience.

Nonetheless, the hotel’s picturesque location and the kindness of the early morning staff make it a worthwhile destination for nature lovers.

In general not bad. The room was spacious with nice view. It has kettle in the room, breakfast was delicious, service at hotel and at cafe outside was fine. The only problem we had was with the water in the room. It was either very hot or very cold. They were not able to fix it and informed that it was the same at whole hotel.. you have to run water for about 10-15 minutes to get somewhat suitable temp to have a bath. The room could be more clean and isolation could be better.
