Where to stay in Qax

The rooms are clean and wide. When we arrived there were not other guests. So the breakfast was served as a set. Only in Saturday when some other guests were there the breakfast waa served as a normal way. Regarding the pool and spa services. The shower rooms are very old and dirty, the toilets were not clean and there was some smell which was not acceptable for me.

Beautiful hotel surrounded by a forest. Big rooms and nice bathroom. Very rich breakfast. But cars and buses are not allowed to reach the hotel entrance. You must call the receptionist before you arrive. Otherwise you will be carrying your luggage app. 150 meters.

Location is perfect if you have a car. You can get everything you need in hotel or drive to Qax town. In general not bad. The room was spacious with nice view. It has kettle in the room, breakfast was delicious, service at hotel and at cafe outside was fine. The only problem we had was with the water in the room. It was either very hot or very cold. They were not able to fix it and informed that it was the same at whole hotel.. you have to run water for about 10-15 minutes to get somewhat suitable...

One of fantastic mountain view you may visit in September. I like the atmosphere there specially with light rain at early morning. Service was good. The breakfast so good and you can find many of local fresh food such as cheese, butter, jams and sweets. I would like to visit it again for more days there for relaxing.

The resort, nestled in a pine forest, consists of a cluster of scattered small villas. It's peaceful and has a pleasant pine scent. Access is difficult for those not driving, so you'll need to book a taxi in advance. We were leaving at 9:00 AM, so we went to the restaurant at 8:00 AM, but there was no staff, so we didn't get breakfast.

Everything was soo great, we stayed longer as we planned. They got the kindest receptionist ever, he arranges everything for you. They have got a sweet cat in the garden and the cook makes the most delicious lentil soup of this area. What more could we ask for? It is very close to the bazar

Lovely hotel and spa. Really helpful reception. Enjoy our evening meal at the restaurant. Tasty, large portios and reasonably priced. Breakfast is not good as there is not much of a selection. The eggs were overcooked. Ask for a receipt when you pay. Be careful of tour operators that will swindle you and ask you to pay exorbitant rates, for example, double the daily rate.

Probably the most besutiful hostel you will ever find in Shekhi. Very affordable like 15 AZN per night and rooms are clean and have Air conditioners too plus there is a kitchen you can cook your own.

Cool hostel, didn't see a real alternative in Sheki. Assim is there to help with everything and is full of recommendations, fun and chats. Very attentive! There is a big kitchen and some sofas and chill out places. 2-3 dorms and 2-3 private rooms. But they all have together one bathroom and that's just not sufficient. Asim & his wee family are lovely. The location fine & central & also quiet, tucked away yet at night still easy to find your way home & safe. Although at present there only is one toilet with shower to share by the dorms. This can be an inconvenient pain, especially when you need to catch a bus or something. The restaurant of the hotel is 50% more expensive than other elite restaurants nearby. Piti for example is 10.5 manats but it is 7-8 manats everywhere else say in Gagarin's. The tea set starts from 24 manats whereas in the center of the city in most elite restaurants it is 21. Service is also not good. I recommend just staying in the restaurant and not eating or drinking there.
