We stayed in cottage #2, and everything exceeded our expectations – clean and cozy rooms, friendly staff, and stunning scenery all around. It’s the perfect place to unwind, disconnect, and enjoy some peaceful time away. Definitely worth visiting!

It was our first time visiting the place. Iwe all enjoyed it a lot. The food, the products , animals , nature! Waiter was kind , had some troubles with understanding but we handled it 😅😅 There also was a wood just like in 100m, so we could walk there as well

The place is just my dream place to live. All the things are so nice so cute. Specially Hope Lake is really very beautiful very attractive to stand side eat or drink something with this amazing landscape. Personal also so friendly. And one of the most important part, all foods are just incredibly tasty. Because they using only organic products for foods which I love a lot! And houses are also so beautifully...

Very nice nature. Farms with sheeps, cows and guse is located here. But everything is clean and pleasing. Food in restaurant was good. Only disadvantage is croaking of toads.

Qubek Hotel is the biggest hotel in Balaken. Gul Bakeri is a sweet shop in front of the hotel.

This 4-star hotel is better than some 5-star in the region

The rooms are clean and wide. When we arrived there were not other guests. So the breakfast was served as a set. Only in Saturday when some other guests were there the breakfast waa served as a normal way. Regarding the pool and spa services. The shower rooms are very old and dirty, the toilets were not clean and there was some smell which was not acceptable for me.

Beautiful hotel surrounded by a forest. Big rooms and nice bathroom. Very rich breakfast. But cars and buses are not allowed to reach the hotel entrance. You must call the receptionist before you arrive. Otherwise you will be carrying your luggage app. 150 meters.

Location is perfect if you have a car. You can get everything you need in hotel or drive to Qax town. Our room had a great view to mountains and perfect stars sky at night. room service is very good, as well as massage and baths we used I am grateful for Tale (manager) who was very proactive and helpful

As support crew to a group of cyclists riding for charity from Tblisi to Baku all 80 of us stayed at this lovely hotel for one night. The Front Office Manager, Yusif and his staff looked after us so well during our stay - we had an easy and smooth check-in and a fabulous dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. In general not bad. The room was spacious with nice view. It has kettle in the room, breakfast was delicious, service at hotel and at cafe outside was fine. The only problem we had was with the water in the room. It was either very hot or very cold. They were not able to fix it and informed that it was the same at whole hotel.. you have to run water for about 10-15 minutes to get somewhat suitable...
