The hotel facility was non expected, the was some tiles broke away from its origin place and it was not fixed.

Rooms are neat and clean including the washrooms. Staff is polite and cooperative. The only worst part is their breakfast which is not even up to the standard. Items are very limited. They even don’t have the coffee machine. Just a kettle of black tea, black coffee and milk. Totally a waste of money for the breakfast.

Honestly, this is the second time I have stayed at the same hotel. It is true that the building is old and is being renovated, but the service is excellent, from the reception staff and room service to the porters.

One of these strange hotel areas in Gulf cities. Produced by a regional need for questionable male leisure activities….

There were no toiletries or slippers. I called the front desk to get them. The environment was average. The order included breakfast, but there was nothing at 7 o'clock in the morning, not even a glass of water. I searched for a long time but no breakfast was provided.

If you need a massage, you should definitely come to Haven Spa. Clean environment, friendly staff, and a warm welcome. My masseuse was Ms. Dolly — she is an amazing therapist; her fingers are truly magical. I thank her very much.

I had a wonderful massage experience at Haven Spa. It's a very comfortable and clean establishment. The staff are friendly and experienced. Haven Spa is very lucky to have Ms. Pramila as their massage therapist. I highly recommend it.

Akmam was perfect host , friendly and welcoming to the poolside area . Brought me refreshments and kind words to help me feel comfortable in strange surroundings as I was finding my way around . The pool area nice and quiet on a Sunday and I was able to choose a set from the plenty available to read my book and relax .

The hotel is quiet despite being in a busy area. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is good, the service is also good, and taxis are readily available. The minor drawbacks are that the ventilation system is a bit noisy, and the rooms can be a little chilly on January nights.

Kamal is an excellent server!!!! 10/10 recommended with wonderful customer service and makes my stay feel like I’m at home! My food was served at a quick pace and his kindness solidifies the whole experience! Along with the other staff, my stay has been such a wonderful experience and I wouldn’t ask for anything more!

Vivek Singh is quite efficient & hard working guy. He was really helpful & always stood during time of need in the Hotel without any hesitation. Employee like him is asset for the company .

The food and service here are always excellent. The hospitality is truly impressive, the team is always on their toes to give the best service. Rooms are ok, master bed room had a bed probably dated back to the 80's even with a mattress cover you could feel all of the springs.... Kitchen is equipped with a Bellow minimum... 6 plates 2 of 3 sizes, no cutting board, no pans. The internet is very slow and horrible on week end.

The residences are cozy, clean & equipped with all the necessary amenities. The flats are spacious & homely. The front desk staff Mourtada & Ahmed were very helpful and accommodating. The place is quiet & secured, yet nearby the busy areas. Worth coming back! 😄

Living here while serving in the Military in Bahrain and wanting to be close to the base. I couldn't be happier with my apartment. Pristine, as I am the first to live in this particular unit and the building being only a year old. Cleaning and front desk staff have become my family by proxy and are very thorough and kind. The place is nice, the views are amazing however the level of cleanliness is extremely low which disturbed our stay unfortunately

Every time I come to Bahrain, I book with them. The staff are friendly, cooperative, and wonderful. I would especially like to mention Saeed, who is very helpful and great, and everything we asked for they provided for us. The place is very clean, spacious, and the furniture is good, with everything in excellent condition، also is good price.

Modern functional anodyne interiors with open staircases leading onto a mezzanine floor with two bedrooms and a third master suite on the third floor. A few more pictures on the wall in all the rooms would have made it more homely. Be careful of the precipitous stairs with open risers I would hate to fall down them.
