The location is excellent. However, it doesn't quite reach a five-star rating. Be careful if checking in during colder months! The rooms are very cold in January. The air conditioning only goes up to 17°. The only solution the hotel offers is to provide a space heater. The breakfasts are decent, and the staff is generally pleasant.

Since I first came to this hotel a couple of years ago, I’ve never stayed anywhere else. The service is consistently excellent, and the hospitality is simply perfect. The parking was closed, but there was a lot in front of the hotel where parking was available. The pool was closed when I went out in the afternoon. Overall, it's a quiet hotel and suitable for families.

One of best hotel I ever see a everything clean and neat and the incredible view nice location good service

The location is good, with convenient public transportation. The hotel is rather old, the facilities are outdated, but the cleanliness is acceptable. The bar downstairs is very noisy, probably going on until 2 or 3 AM, and the soundproofing is very poor.

It's close to the bus terminal and the market, so it's great for sightseeing. The night view is beautiful. However, the bar next door is quite noisy at night.

Everything was good regarding the hotel. Location is good for shopping. Reception staff were helpful. But I do not expect this kind of behavior from the egyptian duty manager who had followed me to the pool and asked my room key card. It is not a good idea to approach the guest like that.

Nice near to city centre. Such as Bab-Al Bahrain, Mana souq , Hajis cafe & many more. Mr Shoaid is nice person, he arranged every thing which i want during my stay.

Location wise it's excellent. Lot of shops at walking distance. Good hospitality and housekeeping too. Mr.Vinayak, Reception staff was very humble, prompt and efficient in his work. Thanks for everything

The hotel is in the middle city easily accessible to markets and restaurants. Room was big and view beautiful at the night. All staff were good especially who check me in, the reception manager and the Nepali receptionist, both were very kind enough to make my 2 days stay comfortable and safe.
