We rested with a family, with two small children, complete unsanitary conditions, one toilet and shower on two floors, staff after drinking (by sight), the room was booked in advance, but when we arrived, it turned out to be busy. We went on a weekday. As a result, we only stayed for a day, paid for two days, the money was not returned to us, they promised and forgotten. They keep promising for my calls. I do not recommend going there to relax, unless you have a drink with the staff.

We rested with a fairly large group. To make a reservation, they came to the recreation center in advance to personally make sure that everything would be fine. When booking, the administrator advised us to take another gazebo along with a bath, they say, for only 100 rubles, this will all be ours for the rest. Of course, we booked a gazebo with a sauna. Then, two days before arrival, I called the administrator again and clarified all the details, including about the bathhouse. I was assured that everything is fine, we can come to rest. And only when we arrived directly on the appointed day, they tell us, they say, excuse me, there the director with some of his roots will be in the bathhouse, so you will have it only after 22 hours. We began to demand a discount and they threw off only 20 rubles to us, although we took away almost all the bath time. They explained this by the fact that we can use it in the morning and the next day, BUT! Literally in the morning, the bathhouse was closed and they were not allowed to go there, they say it had already been removed, and our girls wanted to calmly take a shower there so as not to crowd in general. In short, this is a frank scam and we just had to stay there, because we had already arrived and everywhere everything else was busy. Plus, they didn’t warn about the bath at all, only when we arrived and I asked the administrator myself. They also say, they say, enter into our position too. The situation is nowhere clearer: Dirik doesn’t care about clients and he is ready to take away their service for his company. By the way, one of this company showed us obscene gestures from the bathhouse window, in vain with people having a rest, you can get into trouble. In short, for such a scam I do not recommend
