The place is simply gorgeous - a beautiful zoo with interesting animals, landscaping territory at a high level! You can just walk around and enjoy this wonderful place. We lived in a pink house - there is everything to have a great time with the company - on the street there is a gazebo, traps, a small fantan to grill a barbecue with a share of coals, a grate and a skewer. I liked the restaurant too...

For all the hotels I've stayed in, in the past, this one has been my favorite. The rooms are spacious, the amenities are nice, especially for an extended stay like mine. Can't beat the location either! Our room was really perfect; the beds were incredibly comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Recommended.

I don't know about the rooms, they were in the sauna. Excellent in every way! This was the first time that a child constantly hung out in the sauna pool and did not catch a cold the next day. A chic place! I never thought that I would write such a thing about a hotel in Minsk! We were there only 2 days, we got there by accident, circumstances forced us, I would very much like to stay longer! Very comfortable, for the first time I did not want to leave home. Clean, warm, pretty comfortable. Towels and shampoo are included. Daily cleaning. Normal staff. Breakfast is not very, there is little variety and the food is cold and only tea, not even juice. In short, 3+ rating.

I had unpleasant experience checking in . Receptionist named Anna just ignored that i asked about check in and while i am waiting in front of her she want to help people who were waiting behind me . I felt discrimination towards me because i come from overseas and speak English. I think need to improve customer skills in Receptionists in hotel.
