While the staff at the attached Restaurant / Breakfast room are nice and Helpful (and helped me in Veganizing a few dishes), the hotel staff were very unhelpful and pretty rude: not only did my laundry (wash and dry) took them ALMOST 24 HOURS to make, but the worst thing: as the hall-light, at the entrance to the rooms, is automatic, on my last night there (between the 21st and the 22nd of August) SOMETHING had gone wrong with that at my room - I have no idea what, only that it had kept switching on with no apparent reason (also after I had removed from its sight ANYTHING that might have moved accidentally and "trigger" its motion-detector, like clothes that might have moved with the wind or something) - and, as a result, I could not sleep - and their ONLY solution was to completely cut off the power to my room, thus preventing that irritating light from pesting me further.
I had explained to them, that I must have electricity for my CPAP device in order to sleep, but they did not care the slightest - so, as a result, I could hatdly sleep that night. So, you would have thought that they would offer me some kind of a compensation, at least a partial refund or anything?
NONE of it. They would not even discuss it, and reacted VERY rudely when I even suggested it.
So, please don't stay there. Just don't. And the surroundings aren't as nice as they seem to be, either.
Of the minuses:
Remoteness from the city centre. The sense of isolation)))
Hall uncomfortable, reminiscent of the pool.
The opportunity to drink coffee after 23:00 is eliminated due to the closure of the bar-restaurant / dining room.
Pros:
Helpful staff. The view from the window (if it is in Park). Calm, quiet, grace (if you do not find a go-cart under the window).
